https://lnkd.in/eTVcjsG2 L’Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato ha deliberato di effettuare 13 interventi di moral suasion nei confronti delle società Illumia, Jen Energia, Dolomiti Energia, Axpo Italia (Pulsee Luce & Gas), Ajo’ Energia, Acea Energia, Ecom-Energu Comune, Agsm Aim Energia, Hera Comm, Wekiwi, Omnia Energia, Semplice Gas & Luce, E.On Energia perché le offerte pubblicizzate online non sono risultate pienamente conformi alla disciplina a tutela del consumatore. In particolare, a seguito della prevista cessazione del mercato tutelato, l’Autorità ha effettuato un monitoraggio delle offerte commerciali proposte dalle principali società di vendita di energia elettrica e gas presenti sul mercato libero per verificare la trasparenza e la completezza delle informazioni promozionali fornite ai consumatori, con riguardo sia alle componenti economiche sia ai claim ambientali. L’Autorità ha riscontrato criticità nelle varie voci di costo perché mancava l’indicazione di alcuni oneri che compongono il prezzo dell’energia. Riguardo ai claim ambientali, invece, è emerso che alcune affermazioni da parte delle società non fornivano circostanziate e certificate informazioni sulle concrete azioni svolte. #Agcm https://lnkd.in/eumTgwrB
