This annual charity event, under the High Patronage of HRH Prince Albert II, transforms every kilometre covered into direct donations, supporting vital projects for sick and underprivileged children through Children & Future _ NFL Monaco. Our dedicated team achieved an impressive 975.66 kilometres. Despite challenging weather conditions that led to temporary circuit closures, the collective effort of all participants resulted in over 319,000 kilometres covered, raising more than €319,000 for children in need. We are honoured to have been both participants and sponsors of this important event. Congratulations to CESARE D'API', head of d’Amico Group’s technical department, for presenting his insightful study at the inaugural Carbon Intensity Indicator (#CII) conference, hosted by the Royal Institution of Naval Architects at the International Maritime Organization (IMO) headquarters in London. In fact, we realized a net profit of US$ 163.1 million in the first 9 months of 2024… and in Q3 2024, DIS’ net profit was of US$ 40.2 million... Our daily spot rate in the first 9M 2024 was US$ 37,563… and US$ 29,679 in Q3 2024…   With the objective of continuing to control a young and efficient fleet, in the first nine months of the year… we sold the MT Glenda Melanie, a 2010-built MR and the oldest vessel in our fleet… we placed an order for four new LR1 vessels from a reputable Chinese shipyard, with deliveries expected in the second half of 2027… And we secured ownership of six young, efficient MR vessels, all built by reputable Japanese shipyards, at purchase prices well below current market values…   Due to the strong market outlook and our robust financial structure, we can now focus on increasing shareholder returns through both share buybacks and dividends... Today, we are pleased to announce an interim dividend of approximately US$ 30.0 million, which is scheduled for payment by the end of November.
