Our commitment to animal welfare has been recognized with voluntary Animal Welfare certification under the ClassyFarm protocol. In fact, our entire Parmigiano Reggiano supply chain, from milk collection to distribution, is certified for animal welfare. Together with 39 local farmers we are developing new partnerships with veterinary doctors to improve the level of animal welfare in our stables. La nostra storia inizia alle porte di Reggio Emilia (Italia) con il Parmigiano Reggiano. Dopo averlo trattato sempre con cura e passione, oggi ne controlliamo l’intera filiera produttiva, dalla raccolta del latte alla produzione nei nostri 2 caseifici di proprietà, fino al taglio e al confezionamento. Il know-how sviluppato per questo prodotto ci ha poi permesso di ampliare la nostra offerta: formaggi stagionati, semi-stagionati, freschi, molli, erborinati, ma anche prodotti tipici della cultura alimentare italiana, affiancano oggi la gamma core e vengono distribuiti attraverso le filiali estere a consumatori e operatori professionali di tutto il mondo.
