This marks the very first international step and a significant milestone of the project, which aims to engage 100% of our managers and directors worldwide by 2026. Our Chief Legal Officer, Silvia Bertini, and WT Global Controlling Manager, Francesco Tomasicchio, visited the Bilingual European School (BES) in Milan and organized their very first chemistry lesson for the elementary school children!🌟   Young participants explored De Nora’s century-long contribution to water filtration, learned about the importance of sustainable energy, and uncovered the secrets of green hydrogen. 🌱💡    The highlight of the lesson? The final experiments carried out by our experts Anna Testolinand Enrico Volpi, which sparked genuine curiosity and excitement in the children! De Nora’s Board of Directors approved the #preliminaryresults as of December 31, 2024. Revenues amounted to about euro 862.6 million, up 2.6% at constant exchange rates compared to the 2023 figures, with an 18.2% of Adj EBITDA margin, above the 2024 guidance of 17%. 🎙 “We are particularly proud of the results achieved in 2024, now presented in preliminary form, thanks to the good performance of all Business Units.”, commented De Nora’s CEO Paolo Dellachà. “Especially in the fourth quarter, as expected, the excellent execution of projects in backlog underpinned a 15% revenue increase, driven in particular by the Group's core businesses, #ElectrodeTechnologies and #WaterTechnologies, both of which grew by more than 17% compared to the fourth quarter 2023. In 2024, the #EnergyTransition business recorded successful performances, with about 1.1 GW of produced and sold #greenhydrogen technologies, +10% compared to FY 2023, revenues up 2.9%, positive EBITDA, and a backlog capable of generating revenues in 2025 for an amount at least in line with 2024.
