TRANSAMINASES (ATAs): Enzymatic synthesis of -GEPANT intermediates for SNC We have a library of 68 ω-transaminases (ES-ATA) that are able to catalyze regio- and stereoselective synthesis of chiral amines, amino acids and their derivatives from a variety of aliphatic and aromatic ketoacids, aldehydes, ketones and ketoses. We offer enzymes in powder form (50 mg) and in kit form (1 mg). In the screening kit the 68 ATAs are placed in 96 well plates, in this way you can test all the 68 enzymes on your substrate. Alternatively you can provide us your substrate and we can offer a screening service where we will test our enzymes on your substrate and we do a first selection of the best transaminases with the best performances. These enzymes have a high chiral selectivity, this is very important especially in the pharmaceutical field where only one of the two isomers is the desired one with the activity of interest. Transaminases can be used as biological catalysts for the synthesis of different chiral pharmaceutical intermediates for APIs. For example, we developed chemo-enzymatic processes through the use of enzymes for the synthesis of intermediates of Ubrogepant, Atogepant and Rimegepant. These GEPANT intermediates have appeared relatively recently and they are used for the treatment and prophylaxis of migraine. We can help cusotmers to develop intermediates offering enzymatic services or we can provide directly the GEPANT intermediates obtained by the use of our Transaminases. Ketoreductases (KREDs) Did you know that Ketoreductases are Santa Clause's favourite enzymes? Because these enzymes catalyze regio- and stereoselective reduction of a wide range of aldehydes, ß-ketoesters, α-ketoesters and ketones (ketonic groups) into alcohols (hydroxyl groups, OH). Santa Claus finds very funny the presence of at least three hydroxyl groups (OH, OH, OH), for this reason he likes our Ketoreductases. We have a set of 194 Ketoreductases and we can offer them in powder form (50 mg each one) or in screening Kit (1 mg each one). In the screening kit the 194 KREDs are placed in 96 well plates, in this way you can test all the 194 enzymes on your substrate. Alternatively you can provide us your substrate and we can offer a screening service where we will test our enzymes on your substrate and we do a first selection of the best ketoreductases with the best performances. These enzymes are used as biological catalysts for the synthesis of different chiral pharmaceutical intermediates for APIs. For example, we developed chemo-enzymatic processes through the use of ketoreductases for the synthesis of intermediates of Ibrutinib and of Phenylephrine.
