E2K’s story shows how even the smallest of ideas can grow and transform into something big. As previously announced, we have recently completed a new logistics warehouse in Novara, covering 35,727 sqm. The facility includes: storage areas, two floors of offices, and large external spaces. Thanks to the installation of a 25 kWp photovoltaic system, the building has received LEED Gold v4 BD+C certification, confirming our commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency. For one construction site nearing completion, there's another one fully active. Here in Modugno, the work never stops: we’re paving the external areas, and the equipment is always in motion. Bringing a project to life is a journey filled with continuous transformations, both big and small. In this timelapse of the Landriano construction site, we've captured months of intense work. Starting from an empty lot, we’ve gone through the crucial phases of construction: from laying the foundations to installing the supporting structures, up to the final details that make the warehouse fully operational today. After a few months, we returned to Modugno: last time, the structure was taking shape, but today, the situation has changed significantly.  The external coverings have been installed and the structure is starting to take on a more definitive look.
