We’ve signed three agreements with Emirati companies to expand collaboration and strengthen the strategic ties between Italy and the UAE. These agreements focus on: • data centres - to develop a model that meets AI’s growing demand for sustainable computing capacity; • electricity interconnections - contributing to global energy security; • critical minerals - to enhance the security of supply chains for both Italy and the UAE. Together with CDP Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Equity, we have signed a memorandum of understanding with #SiemIndustries to define the governance principles for the merger between Saipem and Subsea7, a strategic transaction that will lead to the creation of a global market leader in the Subsea and E&C Offshore sector of significant industrial and technological value.   The merger will be structured as a merger of equals with a fixed exchange ratio of 50-50, strengthening the company’s competitive profile through operational synergies and reinforcing its capital structure without negative employment impacts.   Over the past few years, Saipem has continuously improved its operational and financial performance, achieving a position of excellence that allows it to take a leading role in this transformation. What a feeling to be back on the F1 grid with Alpine! The reveal of the new BWT Alpine F1 Team car in London marks the start of an exciting season as the team’s Official Energy and Fuel Partner and kicks off a broader strategic partnership with Renault Group, bringing together industrial expertise and technological leadership to accelerate change in two key areas: - Testing a new biofuel for high-performance engines, showcasing our commitment to decarbonising even the most challenging sectors. - Providing Renault vehicles for Enilive’s Enjoy fleet to advance sustainable urban mobility. We’re proud to accelerate the future of mobility, both on and off the track.

Following last October’s agreement, we have signed a new agreement with KKR to increase its stake in Enilive to 30%.   This transaction confirms the attractiveness of Enilive to the market and the confidence of leading financial partners in its long-term vision and its commitment to offering integrated services and progressively decarbonised products to its consumers in the sustainable mobility sector.   It also reflects the effectiveness of our satellite strategy, effectively attracting capital for specific business segments, enabling them to create value on their own and maximising long-term value creation on our path to Net Zero by 2050. https://lnkd.in/eNMs7FRw

Eni and Renault Group signed a significant agreement that brings together the industrial expertise and technological leadership of both companies, with the aim of opening new paths for development in areas crucial to sustainable transport.   As part of the Letter of Intent, the two companies signed an agreement on #smartmobility, with Renault supplying vehicles for Enilive's #Enjoy program.
