A few days ago the 12th edition of Fabriano Film Fest ended, and Faber S.P.A. was honoured to be the main official sponsor of such a prestigious cultural event in our home city. As main official sponsor, Faber also funded a special film award: "The Purest Air Experience". Dino Giubbilei, in his capacity as a member of the jury and as Vice President of Marketing & Digital at Franke Home Solutions, presented the award to the film WASTED by Tobia Passigato, recognised for its strong message of sustainability and attention to the environment. The film festival was full of international and local screenings, workshops and conferences. It showcased the power of cinema to provoke deep reflection and inspire action on pressing global issues. With the mission of being committed to raising public awareness on environmental issues, inclusion, equality and respect for cultural diversity, Faber was delighted to once again support and be part of Fabriano Film Fest this year. The festival was yet another moment in which Faber looks to remain close to its local territory, supporting activities that have a big value for us and the Marche region. Last month Faber S.P.A. was present at Maker Faire Rome - The European Edition event in Rome, Italy in collaboration with the Università di Siena exhibition stand. The event, where ideas take life, centres around creativity, imagination and innovation, and Faber through its collaboration with the University of Siena showcased how the documentation and study of air sanification has been developed with the scientific support of UniSiena. We demonstrated our air expertise capabilities, specifically showing how UVC technology is applied in our Air Hub range of hoods, available in Vertical, Ceiling, T-Shape, and Portable models and can eliminate up to 99.99% of viruses and bacteria. Faber India recently held an opening ceremony of its 500th flagship store, a landmark reached in 2024 and which was attended by a very important special guest. Faber S.P.A. is Franke's Air Expert, and therefore it was our honour to have Franke Group CEO Patrik Wohlhauser at the inauguration event and cut the red ribbon to officially unveil the 500th store. He was hosted and joined by Puneet Gupta, Managing Director of Franke & Faber India. We are delighted to announce that our Berbentina factory, situated in Sassoferrato in Marche, Italy has been awarded with the Franke Manufacturing Trophy 2024.
