FARA INDUSTRIALE S.R.L. GROUP FARA STAMPI has a fifty-year experience in the construction of dies for metal sheets, mainly in the automotive components industry. Specifically we take care of: - Feasibility studies and drawability by Autoform ™ software in-house. - 3d design with Parametric Technology with four cad-cam stations UNIGRAPHICS NX, SOLID EDGE, CATIA and VISI CAD. - Tin fast prototyping and pre-series and composite tooling for low volumes. The synergy between technical office and workshop is one of our strengths, allows continuous monitoring of the production process of the die and smooth handling of the changes requested by the customer. Equipment types achievable: - Progressive dies up to 3 meters in length - Block dies - Dies with medium-deep drawing - Dies with TIG overlay welding (welding department inside) - Punching dies, simple, step, double-acting - Simple punching dies - Double effect punching dies - Bending dies of all kinds - Dies by tranfer / manipulator - Prototypes with pilot equipment The products are tested with a motorized DEA 3D measuring machine, accompanied by Metrolog. - Four high-speed CNC milling cutters. - Wire EDM / plunge Qualitative control On June 12th 2015 Fara Stampi was taken as Case History from Autoform software at the presentation of the R6 Plus release.
