🏗️ Exciting progress at 81 Newgate Street-Panorama St. Paul Building this autumn!   We are in full swing, installing the façade along "the street" a stunning arcade that cuts through the building at different heights. On the West the WT-04 stick system is taking shape with its impressive 13m tall mullions. On multiple terraces we are progressing from L2 to L13, coordinating closely with Arc Group London Limited and Maylim to deliver the complex planter details that will bring lush greenery to the terraces.   The main façade is reaching its peak moment, with various types being installed one after another. Logistics are intense as we work to preload all materials ahead of the hoist removal. L’intuizione di CELLIA è nata dall’ascolto delle esigenze del mercato, dei nostri partner e dei clienti: l’Italia ha un parco immobiliare obsoleto, di cui l’84,5% degli edifici è stato costruito prima del 1990, e da un basso tasso di rinnovamento edilizio, se paragonato a Paesi come la Germania e la Francia, pari allo 0,85% all’anno.  CELLIA può essere la risposta a questo stato di fatto: in un solo modulo di involucro personalizzabile sono integrate più funzioni capaci di riqualificare gli immobili lavorando sulla facciata per aumentare il loro valore economico e renderli altamente efficienti. CELLIA, assemblata interamente in stabilimento, è pensata per nuove edificazioni, ma anche per la valorizzazione e adeguamento normativo di edifici a uso ufficio esistenti, permettendone la ristrutturazione mantenendoli occupati e a reddito anche durante i lavori, che diventano più sicuri e veloci.

Here, we executed a complex tie and climb operation using an innovative crane strategy designed to facilitate the precise installation of a unitized façade system. 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬, 𝐋&𝐐 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫: "After months of collaboration between L&Q, Radius, Potain, Focchi, and Walsh, the successful planning and execution of the tie and climb strategy at Greenwich is a real testament to Radius' expertise and their commitment to fulfilling the brief they were given. When we encountered issues, Radius was proactive in seeking solutions, bringing a wealth of lifting and engineering knowledge to the table. This drive for viable solutions has allowed L&Q to maintain the critical path through our tallest tower at Greenwich and to offer program certainty on much-needed affordable homes on the Peninsula. Il 31 ottobre 2024, Focchi Group ha avuto l'onore di tenere un seminario su un tema cruciale per il futuro dell'architettura sostenibile: i sistemi di facciata per l'efficienza energetica. L'evento, organizzato dal Laboratorio di Progettazione Ambientale del Dipartimento di Architettura dell' Università degli Studi di Firenze, ha visto la partecipazione della Dott.ssa Eleonora Tonelli, QHSE Manager, e l'Arch. Laura Vandi, Innovation Manager. Le relatrici hanno presentato agli studenti tecnologie e soluzioni innovative per edifici sostenibili e a basso impatto energetico, condividendo l’approccio distintivo dell’azienda e alcuni casi studio pratici. Il messaggio principale del seminario è stato chiaro: una progettazione integrata e consapevole è determinante per raggiungere elevati obiettivi di sostenibilità. Siamo lieti di collaborare con atenei come l'Università di Firenze per promuovere pratiche di progettazione che contribuiscano realmente a migliorare il nostro ambiente costruito.
