Also 🎨#creativity is impacted by #indoor #CO2 and #comfort conditions! Up to 11% with just 100 ppm of CO2 reduction: I can only imagine how it will be with a 500 ppm reduction! It could be another social impact we are having as Fybra! Impressive research and article in Building and Environment by Sandra Dedesko and others. Our offices 🏢 (and homes) are crucial for our working output. 💶Among the total expenditure for offices, companies spend 👉🏻1% on the energy consumption , 👉🏻9% for rent, and 👉🏻👉🏻90% on people. Yet, a lot is spent to reduce energy consumption and very few to improve productivity through #better #indoor #air and comfort condition! "In addition to the evidence outlining economic losses from building-related ill-health 🤒 , a related arm of research is demonstrating associations between various indoor environmental parameters and cognitive performance. Robust and growing evidence suggests that lower concentrations of indoor carbon dioxide (CO2), achieved via lower occupancies and/or higher outdoor air ventilation rates, are associated with improved cognitive performance metrics in a variety of work-type settings". In this paper specifically "The models show statistically significant evidence that higher indoor carbon dioxide concentrations, altered by ventilation and occupancy, are associated with lower divergent creative thinking scores. A 👉🏻100-ppm increase in CO2 is associated with a 👇🏻3% (95% CI: 0-5%), 👇🏻4% (95% CI: 1-6%), and 👇🏻11% (95% CI: 5-16%) negative difference in the expected fluency, flexibility, and originality count scores, respectively; and an 11% decrease (95% CI: 5-16%) in the expected elaboration score" read more on the abstract:

👉 You got it! Since Yesterday we received users messages regarding the new update of the #Fybra Home App (Ios and Android) with the outdoor data. Before it was only on the web app: you're right! In fact, we thought that it was good for our users to know another piece of our #patented #algorithm, which takes into account also external data to calculate the speed of air change and the need for ventilation.
