An excellent opportunity to better understand the national realities, to discuss the needs, priorities and concerns of the #construction industry and how to address them in the framework of the #EU political agenda. Se c'è una cosa che mi dà soddisfazione nel mio lavoro per Il Nord Est e #IlPiccolo è raccontare i progetti che portano questo territorio, e #Trieste in particolare, nel futuro. L'ambiziosa riconversione dell'ex Ferriera di #Servola è uno di questi: trasformare un sito siderurgico sempre meno sostenibile (perché ormai circondato dall'urbanizzazione) in un polo logistico di ultima generazione, fondato sull'intermodalità. In pochi giorni sono andati a loro posto i tre tasselli dell'operazione: il #Cipess ha stanziato 207 milioni statali per la costruzione del primo lotto del Molo VIII; HHLA PLT Italy, #LogisticaGiuliana e I.CO.P. S.p.A. Società Benefit (ICOP) hanno cominciato la messa in sicurezza ambientale dei terreni su cui sorgevano altoforno e cokeria; Invitalia ha messo a gara i lavori #Pnrr da 200 milioni per realizzare la grande stazione merci che darà respiro al progetto e garantirà il raddoppio della capacità ferroviaria del porto grazie agli interventi di RFI Rete Ferroviaria Italiana. Nella zona di Servola si sprigioneranno investimenti pubblici e privati che, se verrà costruito anche il resto della banchina, supereranno il miliardo di euro. Poterlo raccontare è un privilegio.
