I spent four years at Microcoat, dealing with arc process development, and after the merger with Kenotec and Sistec, I officially joined Kenosistec, where I have now been for 12 years. Kenosistec is a challenging and dynamic environment that constantly pushes me to grow and push my limits. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to contribute as co-inventor and co-author of patents for process techniques such as Chrome+, Hi.P.Po. and Biok - technologies that have the potential to revolutionize the PVD finishing market. Special issue on packaging 🎁 We are proud that the role of PVD thin-film coatings has been highlighted as a key factor in creating sustainable, high-performance packaging solutions. As industries strive for more efficient and environmentally friendly materials, PVD technology is proving to be an interesting system whose exploration in packaging appears to be just beginning. Among other properties, it offers protection, reduced material usage, and high aesthetics, making PVD suitable for roles where the functional aspect plays a key role, such as the pharmaceutical and food sectors, as well as for industries where packaging has a purely aesthetic value, such as in the case of cosmetics or luxury goods. A special day dedicated to our loved ones 🫶 On January 31, we opened the doors of Kenosistec to our families, welcoming them to the place where we devote our energy, creativity and knowledge. Walking them through our facility, showing them what we do, and sharing the challenges and results of our daily work was exciting and rewarding. Hearing their pride reminded us how important it is to share our professional world with those who support us every day. Beyond technology and innovation, this event was about people: it strengthened the connection between our work and our personal lives, reinforcing the sense of belonging that makes Kenosistec not just a place of work, but a true family. A resounding success at the Kenosistec Open House 🚀 From January 27-31, we had the pleasure of hosting our first Open House, an event that exceeded all our expectations! Over the course of five days, 𝐧𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 200 𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬 from industry, research institutes, media, and public authorities joined us for an exclusive look at our world of PVD technology.   With the invaluable guidance of Antonio Angolemme, Stefano Perugini, and Michele Abbiati, visitors were taken on a tour through our facility, seeing firsthand how industrial, research, and in-line production systems are implemented. Si è conclusa oggi un'intensa settimana di incontri e dimostrazioni dal vivo organizzata in occasione dell'inaugurazione del nuovo PVD coating center Kenosistec S.r.l. di Casarile (MI). È uno dei diversi progetti ai quali abbiamo partecipato, per raccontare e diffondere la visione di un'azienda che fa della tecnologia e della vicinanza al cliente i suoi primi plus. Guidati da Antonio Angolemme (sales director), gli ospiti hanno potuto toccare con mano l'innovazione nel #PVD #coating e, laddove non sono potuti entrare, ci hanno pensato le nostre telecamere, con dei #video girati direttamente DENTRO alle macchine. È stato un successo e, come sempre, noi condividiamo ad ogni vostra soddisfazione. 👏
