Loro Piana embraces the enchantment of the holiday season at Harrods with its Workshop of Wonders – a full installation across the famed Brompton Road façade plus 36 windows, two pop-ups, a pop-in, and numerous animations. Inviting visitors into the Maison’s unique world of fibres, fabrics, icons and symbols, the event is a joyful, surprising and unique celebration of Loro Piana’s 100 years of history and heritage.   The mesmerising Workshop of Wonders façade tells the story of a fibre as light as a cloud, transported in bales, floating through incredible mechanics, transforming into cloth and ultimately creating an enchanting 17-metre festive tree decorated with swathes of fabric and ornaments. Like tableaux of the Maison’s excellences, the Harrods windows enrich the scene with stories of research and craft. A time-travel through Loro Piana’s masterful chain of hands: where it all starts, where it goes, and where it ends. During Voices of Inclusion Week, LVMH and Loro Piana proudly launched the #VoicesOfInclusion campaign, underscoring our shared commitment to a workplace that champions respect, diversity, and belonging for all.   To mark the week, we gathered colleagues for a Culture of Inclusion Breakfast, sharing inspiring messages on diversity and enjoying appetizers prepared by an NGO that employs individuals with disabilities.   Throughout Italy, we then brought inclusion to life through dedicated library hubs, offering employees a curated selection of inclusive literature along with personal bookmarks featuring DE&I resources.   Furthermore, all employees had the chance to participate in enriching webinars on DE&I topics, such as gender equity and inclusive language, to continue nurturing a culture of belonging.   #LVMH #VoicesOfLVMH #VoicesOfInclusion   Every voice matters. For the sixth consecutive year, Loro Piana reaffirms its dedication to nurturing emerging talent through the internal Knitwear Making-Up and Programming Métiers Schools. Last month, 10 new apprentis began their training at the Accademia dei Mestieri Loro Piana Making-Up School, while the 11 participants of the previous editions embarked on their career within the Maison.
