OVERMACH SpA has chosen us to enhance its productivity and process efficiency. We designed a system to improve performance while minimizing oil emulsion consumption and disposal costs. This innovative system includes a high-pressure pump operating at 70 bar for internal tool lubrication and a medium-pressure pump at 15 bar for external applications. This setup significantly reduces both emulsion usage and disposal expenses. The Evotech Pro ensures continuous emulsion filtration; with a level of 20 microns, it protects delivery pumps and extends tool life, leading to better operational efficiency. Additionally, the system features a recirculation pump that operates at automatic start/stop levels or continuous mode, ensuring filtration even when the high- and medium-pressure pumps are off. Micronfilter's solution is not just an immediate fix; it's a strategic investment for long-term sustainable productivity.
