AGORA-MAKERS, a pan-European industry leader specialising in the design and manufacturing of public lighting and street furniture solutions with leading brands including Eclatec, Ghm, Metalco, Bellitalia srl & City Design , has finalized the acquisition of MyEquilibria ("Company"). As part of the transaction Gian Luca Botti Innocenzi, the founder and CEO, sold a portion of his stake in the Company while retaining a minority shareholding.   MyEquilibria, founded in 2015 with its first product launched in 2017, is engaged in the design and commercialization of outdoor fitness products and equipment. The Company holds 8 international patents, 2 apps with over 1.000 video tutorials, and the most exclusive functional training collection in the world. Over 7 years, it has completed more than 200 projects across 30 countries.   Gian Luca Innocenzi, CEO of MyEquilibria, said: “The consolidation of Agora Makers' participation in MyEquilibria represents a strategic step to complete the vision of outdoor lifestyle. We are pleased to announce that MyEquilibria has created the Brenta Wellness Park in Madonna di Campiglio, the "Pearl of the Dolomites”. A project with more than 50 training stations for Calisthenic activities, Functional Training, an area dedicated to the preparation of Winter Sports with training protocols for each discipline and an area for Motor Disabilities. For this project we have created a new blend of concrete with Dolomia that has a natural orange stone color.
