At NSBproject, we pride ourselves on delivering tailored exploitation services, and our recent contribution to the Compass Horizon EU project partner meeting in The Hague highlights this expertise. This crucial session, led by Andrea Jester, focused on transforming research outcomes into actionable and market-ready solutions. 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀: ✔️ 𝗠𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀: Systematically aligned innovative outcomes with their roles in circular value chains. ✔️ 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀: Created targeted exploitation strategies for technology providers and use-case partners, driving remanufacturing and circularity. ✔️ 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴: Facilitated partner discussions to outline a cohesive, aggregated value chain approach. ✔️ 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Guided the process from early-stage characterization to readiness metrics, laying the groundwork for impactful results by 2026. Through our work in the COMPASS project, co-funded by the European Commission under the Programme Horizon Europe Horizon Europe program, we are advancing green and digital technologies while supporting the partnership in exploitation planning and execution.  🌍 NSBproject at Ecomondo 2024: Connecting for a Sustainable Future 🌱 On Wednesday, November 6th, the NSBproject team attended the 2024 edition of Ecomondo in Rimini, an essential meeting point for sustainability stakeholders and a powerful platform to match companies and opportunities. As part of our role as an Innovation Broker, we were thrilled to connect with like-minded organizations and engage with leaders in the bioeconomy sector. We had the pleasure of meeting Samuele Ambrosetti, Innovation and Programming Manager at the Bio-based Industries Consortium (BIC) where NSBproejct is an associate member. Samuele presented on 'Bio-based industries: a key enabler for a sustainable and competitive Europe.' His focus on the strategic role of bio-based industries in boosting European independence and competitiveness struck a chord with everyone present. His powerful message, 'Bio-based industries tick all the boxes for the European Union—strategic autonomy, competitiveness, sustainability, and more. Why aren't we there yet? We need to scale up!' was a rallying cry for increased support and scaling across the sector.
