NTN Europe commits to a sustainable future with the construction of its new headquarters 🌱✨ We are delighted to announce the construction of our new European headquarters and technical centre in Annecy, an ambitious project that combines innovation, well-being at work and respect for the environment. 🌿 An eco-responsible building in the heart of Annecy : - Designed with wood as the main material to reduce the carbon footprint and provide excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. - 520 m² of photovoltaic panels for near self-sufficiency in electricity. - 70% reduction in energy consumption and 380 tonnes/year in CO₂ emissions. - Green spaces for a pleasant environment and improved air quality. - Infrastructure that encourages soft mobility 🏢 A place designed for employees : With its collaborative workspaces and exchange areas, this building will encourage collaboration, the circulation of people, minds and projects. Pour la semaine de l'industrie, notre site d’Argonay, spécialisé dans l’aéronautique 🚀 a ouvert ses portes au public le mercredi 20 novembre ! Nous avons eu le plaisir d’accueillir environ 100 visiteurs : jeunes en recherche d’orientation, lycéens, collégiens et personnes en quête d’emploi. En partenariat avec la Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes et l’UIMM Haute-Savoie, cette visite a mis en lumière la filière aéronautique et les organismes de formation labellisés. Merci à l’Académie Aéronautique et Spatiale pour son soutien dans la promotion des formations liées à cette filière. Après une présentation de notre entreprise et une visite de notre site de production, les visiteurs ont découvert les centres de formation : Pôle formation 74, IMAA de Cruseilles (MFR) et Learn (NTN). NTN Europe takes a new step towards soft mobility! 🚴♂️🌱 We are proud to announce the installation of NTN Europe's first Secure Bike Station at the heart of the Arch&Go mobility hub, located in the ArchParc Regional Industrial Business Park in Archamps (Haute-Savoie), a stone's throw from Geneva. This innovative project illustrates NTN Europe's commitment to alternative and sustainable mobility, responding to the growing challenges of intermodality and the fight against bicycle theft in public spaces. The official inauguration of the hub took place on 22 November, in the presence of Ms UEDA, representative of NTN Corporation management, and Christophe Nicot, Vice-President of NTN Europe, alongside partners, local elected representatives and the Syndicat Mixte d'Aménagement du Genevois (SMAG). 🌟 A station designed by and for users Tested for two years at our Annecy and Cran-Gevrier sites, the Secure Bike Station has been optimised thanks to feedback from users, ensuring that it runs smoothly and is tailored to their needs. 🔜 Once it is in service, we will continue to collect feedback from Arch&Go users to perfect this service and further support the transition to soft mobility. Welcome to our new work-study students!👋 At NTN, we attach particular importance to welcoming and supporting our work-study students in their new professional life. The recruitment team has put a lot of effort into selecting our 77 work-study students, 46 of whom are new this year. It was a real pleasure to bring them together for half-day induction sessions. The programme included - Immersion in the company culture, - Tour of our production sites, - Discussions about their work-study assignments and prospects, - And, of course, practical advice on how to get this new adventure off to a good start. But our commitment doesn't stop there! Throughout the year, our teams will be working with them, monitoring their progress and supporting them in their career plans. 🌙 NTN-SNR Rulmenti took part in the first edition of the Companies’ Night in Sibiu, under the motto: ‘A station in your career !’ 🚍 An innovative concept: a travelling career fair where visitors caravan between employers! At our Sibiu plant, almost 100 visitors (mainly students) were able to: • Visit our production lines, • Find out more about our company, • Take part in assembly and safety games. 💬 The event provided a distinctive experience, giving visitors the opportunity to explore the workplace environment, engage with NTN staff, learn about various careers, and enjoy a welcoming atmosphere that encouraged interaction.
