Starting at the age of 23 as a receptionist at SpecTec, she steadily climbed the ranks, taking on various roles before being appointed as HR Director. Her journey is a testament to her belief in hard work and continuous learning — a philosophy that now guides her leadership at Oceanly. Valentina’s passion for nature keeps her grounded and inspired. She finds joy in trekking through high-altitude trails, often reaching peaks of 3,000 metres where the breathtaking landscapes serve as a reminder of why she’s so committed to Oceanly’s mission of promoting sustainable shipping and a greener future. Beyond her professional and outdoor pursuits, Valentina is an avid music enthusiast and loves listening to her 18-year-old daughter’s band "Eclettic“, where she plays guitar and piano. She’s also a fan of reading books based on true stories, drawing inspiration from real-life experiences. Fun fact: Valentina’s family loves to joke about her "ne-diet“ — a self-proclaimed never-ending diet that she’s been on for years.
