𝗢𝗠𝗦 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗔 𝗙𝟭𝟰𝟯𝟮𝗪𝟱 𝗽𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗿: 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲! The new HANTA F1432W5, thanks to its incredible flexibility, can extend up to 3.2m with a simple switch touch. Zscreed is a plate that can extend from 1.4 to 3.2m. It combines the convenience of being able to instantly modify the paving width during pavement with high rigidity for an excellent finishing level. The extendable platform for the entire 3.2m width allows the operator to move to the end of the paving width. It is torsion-resistant thanks to the 3-support structure, which also ensures high rigidity of the extensions, and thanks to the extendable front bulkheads, it maintains a constant amount of asphalt and prevents overloads. PPCS – Paving Process Control System

𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦 - 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱! We were assaulted by drones, but Sumitomo machines know how to defend themselves, and the enemy has retreated! During the weekends (so as not to interfere with the regular operations of our workshop), we are filming new videos to explain in detail the functionality of the Sumitomo pavers. These days (and nights…) are exhausting, intense, but also full of satisfaction for the important work we are doing.

OMS: PIONEERS IN COST REDUCTION FOR ASPHALT WORKS AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION.   Already pioneers with Japanese pavers from SUMITOMO and HANTA, featuring unique technological characteristics that allow for asphalt works to be carried out more efficiently and cost-effectively, OMS, through significant partnerships with industry specialists, adds another piece to its solutions to reduce the costs of asphalt works while simultaneously safeguarding the environment.   ECOLOGICAL DETACHABLE AND ANTI-ADHERENT CLEANERS   Ready-to-use vegetable-based release and anti-adhesive agents (do not require dilution) for surfaces in contact with bituminous mixtures and bitumens. They help keep equipment clean and protected for an extended period by creating a durable protective layer that prevents bitumen encrustation. Unlike silicone products, they do not cause contamination in bituminous mixtures.   POLYCLEAN VE release agent applicable by brush or with simple manual pumps or automatic systems. POLYCLEAN VE+ cleaner applicable by spray or with automatic misting systems, ideal as an alternative to diesel. POLYDIST CR protective paste to be applied by brush on clean surfaces to prevent bitumen buildup in hard-to-reach areas.   This way, all the equipment is immediately clean and ready to be stored after works or to be used for new works in a simple, effective, and effortless manner.

The use is extremely simple: a small percentage of regenerator is mixed directly into the milled asphalt, and it is immediately ready for use. The quick drying also allows for a rapid reopening to traffic. The advantages in terms of time, costs, and responsiveness in maintenance interventions are undeniable: cold milled mix is reused on-site, overcoming all the limitations and issues related to the need for transport, disposal, purchase of new bitumen, hot transport and processing, and consequent constraints on intervention times.
