Oniverse, new name of Calzedonia Group, is an Italian multibrand company founded in 1986. Today the Group includes numerous fashion Brands: Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Intimissimi Uomo, Tezenis, Tezenis Kids, Falconeri, Atelier Emé, and Antonio Marras. The Company is also active in the food&wine sector - with Signorvino, Tenimenti Leone, La Giuva, and Podere Guardia Grande Brands - and, following the recent acquisition of Cantiere del Pardo, in the nautical sector - with the Grand Soleil Yachts, Pardo Yachts, and VanDutch Yachts Brands.
