We are proud to share the results of our 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁, by our 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 team, which demonstrates our commitment to #sustainability. For this report, we measured our #CarbonFootprint using the Greenhouse Gas Protocol. From 2022 to 2024, we achieved an average 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝟯𝟱% 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗢𝟮 𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 through more efficient management and optimized energy consumption. These results are the outcome of investments in innovative technologies and the ongoing commitment of our entire team. We are convinced that sustainability is a fundamental value and a shared responsibility. Titanium alloys first made their mark in the aerospace industry during the pioneering 𝗔𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀, 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝟭𝟵𝟲𝟴. Let's explore the key benefits of this remarkable metal: 💪 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵-𝘁𝗼-𝗪𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼: Titanium alloys are stronger than aluminum and lighter than steel. This makes them ideal for reducing overall engine weight while maintaining structural integrity. 🌡️ 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: Titanium alloys can withstand temperatures up to 600°C (1112°F), making them suitable for the compressor section of jet engines, where temperatures soar. 🧪 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝘅𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: They exhibit excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion, which is crucial for prolonged engine life and performance in extreme environments. ⚡ 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗙𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: Aero engine blades endure high rotational speeds and cyclic loading. Titanium alloys resist fatigue and creep deformation, ensuring durability and reliability. 🔬 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀: Titanium alloys bond well with advanced composite fan blades and casings, which are increasingly used in modern aircraft engines. The most common titanium alloy is 𝗧𝗶-𝟲𝗔𝗹-𝟰𝗩. Composed of 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium, it offers an excellent balance of strength, weight, and corrosion resistance. This year, we’re dedicated to announce our support for the 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗼 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗲 in Pordenone. This special supermarket has been providing free groceries to families in poverty for the past 5 years. 🤝 But the Emporio Solidale is more than just a grocery store; it's a place of #hope, #community, and #support. Run by a dedicated team of over 50 #volunteers from Caritas, Chiesa Evangelica Battista di Pordenone, San Vincenzo Pordenone, and Croce Rossa di Pordenone, the Emporio offers not only food but also a listening ear and guidance to help families overcome poverty. This year, by supporting the Emporio Solidale, we’re helping to cover the weekly shopping costs for 100 families in our community for 1 month.
