Plastiblow will be exhibiting at the upcoming NPE 24 show in Orlando, May 6-10th , and we would like to invite everyone to come and see our PB15ED all-electric double station machine that will be demonstrated. It will be running a 500ml oval cosmetic HDPE bottle in 4+4 cavity production. The machine is equipped with all the latest field proven innovations such as: • electric actuated parison cutting unit • electric height adjustment of the cutting unit, controlled directly on the HMI operator panel • individual parison weight adjustment, with electric motors for each parison, controlled directly on the HMI operator panel • individual blowpin fine adjustment of the stroke, with independent electric motors for each blowpin and controlled directly on the HMI operator panel • electric bottle take-out system with 2-axis movements, which brings the bottles directly from the deflashing station to the back bottle merge conveyor. This allows for a very compact machine footprint. Plastiblow will also be collaborating with the NPE Recycling Program and will allow 100% of all the bottles and scrap produced to be collected by the appointed partner Commercial Plastics Recycling (CPR).
