At PROTe-IN’s we are scaling a world-first continuous microbial fermentation technology, capable of harvesting clean label alternative proteins, collagen and other biofabricated ingredients, with the highest BV and Digestibility score. Our proprietary continuous C02 fermentation technology will offset 1,8kg of captured C02 for every 1 kg of single-cell protein, while boasting 3 to 20 fold productivity compared to current single-batch bioreactor technology.

Consumer centricity is at the heart of everything our corporate programme partner Mondelēz International does.
