We’re pleased to share a valuable experience from our ongoing journey in learning and development at STIGA! Recently, Maurizio Spini, our Group Learning & People Development Manager, had the opportunity to participate in the “Learning & Development” course led by Professor Massimo Lupi at Università degli Studi di Milano as part of the “Management of Human Resources”program. During the lecture, Maurizio presented our approach for training and developing human resources, emphasizing the importance of connecting people development to the business strategy. His insights highlighted how STIGA is committed to fostering a culture of learning that not only supports individual career advancement but also drives the company’s collective success. At STIGA, we believe that investing in our people is key to navigating the evolving landscape of our industry. By embracing new learning methodologies, we empower our people to adapt, innovate, and excel in their roles.
