On Wednesday, October 16th, we will be at IEEE DTTIS 2024, International Conference on Design, Test & Technology of Integrated Systems (October 14-16, Aix-en-Provence, France), to present a paper in collaboration with Ansys on the topic of silicon carbide testing. “Testing challenges along WBG and UWBG devices roadmap” is a paper authored by Elena Venuti, Davide Appello, Riccardo Vettori, Federico Fazio, Rosalia Biondi, and Chiara Lauria from Technoprobe, and Tiziana Bertoncelli, Giancarlo Guida, and Marco Occhiali from Ansys. Lo scorso venerdì 4 ottobre Technoprobe ha avuto il piacere e privilegio di organizzare a Catania un workshop su temi rilevanti per il futuro della tecnologia.
