We are pleased to announce the successful upgrade of 𝗟𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗪𝗲𝗶𝘀𝘀’s 𝗧𝗡𝟭𝟯𝟱𝟬 tensioner. Their request for a fine-braking device with hydraulic motor displacement adjustment has been fulfilled to their satisfaction. This advanced technology allows seamless switching of the braking mode even when the machine is loaded with a conductor under tension, ensuring enhanced precision and operational efficiency. It is particularly valuable for achieving precise braking of fiber optic conductors, a critical requirement in modern infrastructure projects. This achievement highlights Tesmec’s commitment to delivering bespoke solutions that address the unique needs of our partners. We take pride in supporting their operations with high-quality, reliable innovations. We extend our gratitude to LEONHARD WEISS GmbH & Co. KG for their continued trust in Tesmec. #Tesmec #Energy #Stringing #Projects #TN1350

In August, we conducted fundamental tests on our swivelling cover joint model PGA400, using Epsilon HVCRC® Amsterdam/Dove conductors (Ø 23.55 mm). The purpose of these tests was to verify the integrity of the conductor and the reliability of the joint under critical operating conditions. The main objective was to ensure that, following the entry and exit angles from the pulley, the spliced conductor inserted into the PGA400 joint remained intact. The results confirmed the absence of visible damage at the ends of the joint and the conductor. #Tesmec #Energy #Stringing #Test
