Last Thursday and Friday, our Giulia Ucciero and Luca Lombardi attended the 3rd DC-VET WB Transnational Meeting in Podgorica 🇲🇪 During the meeting, all project partners worked hard to strengthen VET systems in the Western Balkans. Which were the main topics discussed? 🔹Quality Assessment & project indicators; 🔹WP3 refining the project toolkit on social inclusion; 🔹Blended mobilities: checking the current activities and planning upcoming short-term mobilities in Tirana; 🔹E-learning testing; 🔹Next steps: confirming milestones & future transnational meetings. As last activity, they had the opportunity to visit JU Srednja ekonomska škola "Mirko Vešović" VET school: an insightful visit to understand best practices in VET education in Montenegro. After this meeting, partners are ready to drive forward DC-VET WB in its final year! Great first day at the DC-VET WB 3rd Transnational Meeting in Podgorica! 🇲🇪

This week, Giulia Ucciero and Luca Lombardi participated in the kick off meeting of our new Capacity Building project 𝗖𝗚 - 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹: 𝗙𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗩𝗘𝗧! It's a EU-funded project designed to enhance career guidance in VET schools across the Western Balkans. Which are the main objectives? 🎯 - Train VET teachers, school counselors and career advisors to improve career guidance services; - Foster knowledge exchange and best practices for international career preparation; - Build EU-Western Balkans networks to create job opportunities for VET graduates. This week we hosted the kickoff meeting of our new ESF+ project 𝗘𝘂𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲: 𝗘𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗧𝘀, gathering project partners from: 🇮🇹 us, Open Formazione and Learningdigital 🇪🇸 Mundus and CFP Valle de Tena 🇵🇹 Instituto de Apoio à Criança and Erasmus Mondego This Social Innovation European initiative aims at creating life-changing opportunities for NEETs across Europe through mobilities and in the meantime at increasing the competences of operators in planning and managing internships abroad for NEETs. But what did we do together? A few highlights: 🔸Presentation of work packages (WP) focusing on mobility methodology, and microcredentials 🔸Sharing good practices like the Moving Generation, TLN Mobilicat Program and the SAAM Intercultural Handbook 🔸Profiling NEETs and brainstorming innovative ways to engage and support them 🔸Workshops using the MICOO tool for creating and managing microcredentials
