Campania is an Italian gem nestled between the Apennines and the sea. The distinctive microclimate and mineral-rich soil produce some of the best grapes and wines in Italy. It is in this place that our small, family-run winery is located, where our history of more than four generations of winemaking begins. Our award-winning wines come from selected, hand-picked grapes from the most renowned vineyards in Campania. At harvest time, our grapes are rigorously hand-picked in the areas that have benefited from the best climate. They are then immediately taken to the cellar to be gently pressed to produce our wine with a low yield. In this way, the grape skins remain intact with all their organoleptic properties. Our winemaking methods are unique and characteristic of our cellar. We use partial or complete fermentation in wood for white wines, while our more structured red wines are aged in French or American oak barrels. Each type of wine is accompanied by its maturation, according to its characteristics and the oenological objective established for that variety. Our wine is 100% artisanal and produced in limited quantities, allowing us to take care of every detail of the winemaking process. Our winemaker, Antonio Palma, is an experienced oenologist and AIS-certified sommelier, whose knowledge of wine comes from family experience passed down through generations. We are proud to create a 100% plant-based product. For wine clarification, where most producers use animal proteins, we instead rely on plant-based products. Furthermore, all our wines are fermented naturally and completely, leaving virtually no residual sugar.
