We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager based in Milan to lead sales and growth initiatives across Milan and the surrounding region. Key Responsibilities:

• Increase productivity of existing accounts using proven methodologies.
• Acquire high-potential new accounts through effective business development strategies.
• Implement marketing and training initiatives to convert and retain clients.
• Build strong relationships with clinic stakeholders to drive long-term growth.
• Utilize data analysis and forecasting to inform business decisions and meet sales targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience growing accounts and increasing productivity, ideally in a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong training, coaching, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in demand generation and stakeholder management.
• Adaptability, entrepreneurial drive, and a consultative sales approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience launching new products or opening new markets.
• Background in working with clinics or healthcare professionals.
• Digital marketing expertise.
