Support the company's overseas procurement needs, including but not limited to sourcing overseas suppliers, selecting and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and following up on post-contract performance.
Sort out overseas procurement-related categories. From the perspectives of category management and supplier management, identify commonalities/characteristics based on different demands in various overseas countries, and accumulate procurement experience.
In line with the continuous development of overseas business, iterate and optimize overseas procurement systems and processes to ensure the efficient and compliant operation of overseas procurement work.
Continuously monitor business needs and dynamic changes in overseas markets, and proactively provide procurement suggestions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above with an engineering background, over 5 years global sourcing experience, and the ability to communicate in bilingual languages (English and Spanish).
Possess good presentation skills, strategic thinking ability, interpersonal communication skills, data analysis skills, and business acumen.
Have strong product cost-analysis capabilities, as well as rich experience in bidding and price negotiation. Have experience in power convert system (PCS) is a plus.
Have clear logic, work efficiently, and be able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner as required.
