#Flemish architect and interior designer Vincent Van Duysen has partnered with the #Italian Molteni&C to reimagine the historic Palazzo Molteni in Milan! This new #design destination is set to officially open in April 2025. 🏛️   Located in Via Manzoni, next to Piazza della Scala, this urban pavilion combines neoclassical #architecture with refined, modernist design elements.    This project embodies Molteni&C’s identity and values, and at the same time the essence of #Milan, according to Van Duysen. Furthermore, this is a testament to the designer’s influence since becoming the brand’s creative director in 2016. Yesterday the new #investment figures in #Flanders for 2024 were published, and also for Italy it's great news! 👏   Among the top 10 of foreign investors world-wide, #Italy stands out as the most notable #newcomer and #riser, having doubled its projects count from 5 to 10, thereby securing a great #sixth position. 📈   Globally seen, Flanders welcomed last year #277 new investment projects for a total of 5.4 billion euros (€5,401,846,000) - the largest ever for the region, increased by 5% on number of projects and by 10% on the investment amount. 🇮🇹 🇧🇪 The new year has yet to start, but the intermodal connection between #Italy and #Flanders is already set to become stronger! 🇮🇹 🇧🇪 Hupac Group, Europe's leading intermodal network operator, will start 2025 with new connections and improved services, designed to make intermodal operations even more efficient and sustainable: 🚃 Hupac will activate a new shuttle train between the industrial areas of #Gent and #Piadena, located south-east of Milan. The connection will start with a frequency of 3 roundtrips per week – more to be expected after the initial phase. 🚃The group will also increase the frequency of its intermodal connection between #Zeebrugge and #Piacenza from 3 to 4 roundtrips per week, strengthening the stability and transit time of the service. The #Flemish logistics company H.Essers, specializing in transportation and warehousing for the chemicals and healthcare sectors, is opening a new #healthcare warehouse in #Fidenza 🏥.   This new facility will expand the range of available services, including the storage of healthcare products at 15-25°C or 2-8°C.
