We booked the 4 bedrooms apartment, if you are here for the view you won’t be disappointed. Otherwise the place is like a hostel, whole building is used for room rental, and cafes, spa are on the same building. We were on 53rd floor and there is a cafe a few unit away. It seems that they can run any kind of business as they pleased. Mostly young adults and the place is very very busy, I guess it’s because it’s next to the university. They make you register for check in on an app but all the gate and lift access system are broken. We came from B1 carpark and we can take the lift right up to the room without any security check, I was worried about security but it seems that there are cameras everywhere. The apartment was disappointing as it was old and run down. The mahjong table was broken, the sofa are not comfortable, the shower room is mouldy and if you use the rain shower it will flood as the drainage is not efficient. The kitchen was fitted with Miele oven/washer/hood but they don’t seems to allow you to use it as they keep bedsheets and miscellaneous thing in all the drawers and oven. No utensils of any kind. We did make use of the big fridge though. I do have to say the owner/housekeeper and cleaner are very responsive to all the requests, my aircon was broken and they send someone to fix it at 10pm, but can only be fixed the next day, luckily I have the spare room to sleep in for the 1st night. (Aircon is loud in the small room too, had to wear earplugs) The view from the apartment is magnificent, period.

Reception staff Abby Wu and Richard Nian were very friendly, helpful, and provided top-notch service with a smile. Ms Abby Wu even “upgraded” our booking to that with breakfast for 5 instead of for 3 and for that, we are grateful. The level of service provided really stood out and left a very good first impression. The concierge was also super helpful assisting with our luggage bags and readily provided us with detailed directions to the places that we wanted to visit . Great Location, next to the metro station (Lindou station) Entrance 3 and right opposite the hotel is the Bao Lung ONE Mall where there are plenty of eateries and restaurants as well as fast food stores. The 3-bedroom deluxe room that we booked was awesome, spacious, well-appointed with comfy beds and clean pillows, kitchenette with pots, plates, utensils and cutlery as well as microwave oven and there’s even a washer and dryer provided (did not have the chance to use as we only stayed for one night). Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Somerset Software Park Xiamen and we highly recommend this hotel for your next holiday in Xiamen.

L'hotel è in una torre doppia di riferimento a Xiamen. Viaggiare con molte persone. Ci sono negozi e supermercati molto conveniente sotto. Solo pochi minuti dalla fine della sabbia. Xiamen e Nanp sono vicini alla terrazza.Sotto è la spiaggia, l'hotel può vedere la bellezza delle onde!

The view is trully amazing, surely the best in xiamen. But the service is minimum, the check in procedure is not so friendly to foreigner as its a self check in and everything is in chinese. The room sound isolation was also a big problem as we could hear the whole conversation of the people in the nearby rooms ! Thats a big problem ! Overall we didnt meet any other serious issue but the service isnt good enough if we consider the price / quality ration.

La signorina e sorella del servizio di notte dell'11 agosto sono davvero super buoni. L'atteggiamento e la qualità del servizio non devono essere detto. È sincero e può essere posto per i clienti. Il manager del servizio di notte di quel giorno è anche molto ragionevole, Il cuoco del ristorante del 12 agosto mattina è anche molto buono. Grazie mille per aiutare i clienti e per aiutarli. Grazie mille per dare il nostro importante aiuto all'hotel per più di 2:00 di mattina! Anche se ci sono posti insoddisfatti in luoghi e strutture, sinceramente, un ottimo personale di servizio alberghiero può darti un'esperienza calda!

很乾凈，離海邊很近，老闆很nice，還給我們推薦了不少好玩好吃的地方，六鰲確實很不錯，六鰲當地的人也很純樸，消費也不高，人不多海水海灘很乾凈，下次還找老闆。衹是可惜忘拍一些房間照了😅不錯的一次出行😁

Great view. No problem communicating with the apartment owner but the results weren't satisfactory. As can be seen from the photos, there was a broken door latch to the outside air conditioning unit. When I reported this was letting cold air in. The answer I received was that it wouldn't be cold tonight (this is still winter). Then given the options of look for other accommodation or other room. This is 3 o'clock in the afternoon and unpacked. Checked out the other room but too much trouble to pack Ended up using a chair to keep closed. If I was given the latch and a spanner/ screwdriver, I could have replaced it in 2 minutes. It is a simple latch used on electrical/industrial panels. If you don't maintain things they turn to poo.

La mia esperienza Airbnb era assolutamente fantastica! L'ospite era incredibilmente accogliente e responsivo, facendo un check-in una brisa. L'appartamento stesso era senza spot, bellamente decorato, e aveva tutte le attrazioni che mi servivano per un soggiorno confortevole. Mi piaceva soprattutto la accogliente e ben lucida sala da pranzo e la cucina completamente attrezzata, che mi faceva sentire come una casa lontana da casa. La posizione era perfetta, ma tranquilla, ma vicino ai locali caffè e attrazioni. I tocchi pensieri, come gli asciugamani freschi e i guide locali, hanno fatto davvero una differenza.
