Hotel con colazione inclusa a Al Marfa

Alcuni del personale sembrano mal formati, e la nostra esperienza di celebrare il compleanno del mio amico qui era deludente. La stanza che ci era stata assegnata era così cattiva, e anche se hanno sostenuto che tutte le camere erano state prenotate e non potevano spostarci, le camere erano ancora disponibili online. Abbiamo ordinato una torta da soli, ma è arrivato senza “Buon compleanno” su un dettaglio che è stato ignorato, rendendoci sentire come se non si importassero. Quando abbiamo sollevato la questione della stanza con Bilal al di fuori del dipartimento, la sua risposta era poco professionale e inadatta all'ospitalità. Nonostante queste questioni, due membri del personale si sono spinti oltre e oltre per offrire un servizio eccezionale: Niven e Naser dal dipartimento di F&B. Naser era incredibilmente accogliente e accogliente, ci ha fornito informazioni preziose sulla proprietà e ha gestito tutte le nostre esigenze durante il soggiorno. Ha anche organizzato una torta complimentare per il compleanno del mio amico, anche se era quasi tempo di checkout, facendo chiaramente il suo meglio per farci sentire apprezzati. Niven era anche molto gentile e professionale. I loro sforzi hanno fatto davvero una differenza positiva nella nostra esperienza. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded to a Seaview room which we really appreciated. However, I can't say it's exactly 5 stars yet, as someone who has been to five star hotels across 4 countries, there are certain stuff missing such a complimentary robes and slippers, toothbrushes etc, but of course the hotel is still fairly new and will probably improve over time. Cons during our stay: -There was construction there and the exits to the beach were closed. - There wasn't any buffet dinner the 1st few nights, they kept pushing out the time for dinner as they were hosting a soccer team and the buffet was planned accordingly to their timing, usually past 9.30pm which was too late. - The lunch and dinner menu is still fairly small. - The soccer team (young guys) were quite noisy at early parts of the morning in the outside breakfast area which was just outside our window. - The buffet dinner on Christmas day was absolutely small. - No bathtub in room and could not see which room had a tub listed online as it just mentioned '' shower or tub''. - Gym is extremely small. Pros: -Beautiful sea view. - Located in a Quiet and peaceful environment. - Lulu supermarket located just outside the hotel which makes it convenient. - Rooms had mini kitchen with cutlery and pots etc, washing machine and microwave, fridge etc, which was nice. - House keeping was available on request at any time. - House keeping staff were very friendly. - Security guard was very helpful and friendly. - We could have a small barbecue on the beach at late hours of the night. - Plenty parking. - Sea view room had a balcony. - Hotel provided a mini needle and cotton set which I found unusual and cute, definitely not something I've seen at other hotels. Overall the place has an amazing view, and I'm sure will improve as they develop and get more tourists. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others.
