If you are looking to stay at one of the best places in Ft. Lauderdale- look no further. This Hilton lives up to its name between the cleanliness of the rooms, halls, pool, lobby and spa. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, always smiling. We were greeted and welcomed back every time we came and went wether it was by car or on foot. They did have some elevator issues during our time there, but were fixed rather promptly and did not put a damper on our stay. The location couldn’t have been better for us. Across the street is the beach and if you make a right down N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd and walk about 15-20 mins you will hit some of the best restaurants we’ve ever eaten at. Live music every night and more outdoor dining then I’ve ever seen, it just makes you feel so alive! We recommend Spazio, it’s a bit further down the ***** but we went back twice it was so good. There’s a CVS not too far from the hotel on that same ***** that has any essentials you may have forgotten or if you’d just like some snacks/alcohol. My husband and I got a couples massage in the Hilton’s Spa, it was fantastic! We ate breakfast at Ilios (inside the hotel on floor 6 by the pool) the food was to die for. They have outdoor, indoor and at the bar dining. A few side notes, parking is expensive ($20ish a day) and I believe it’s valet only. The resort fee includes two bottles of water a day, two free hours for their bikes, yoga in the morning and you get beach chairs and towels. Umbrellas are an extra charge of $25 which is very expensive to me unless you really would like to be on the beach for hours. We only found ourselves using the beach chair services so the resort fees were a bit of a waste of money to us, but for how immaculate this Hilton is, it didn’t bother me. Last thing, I wanted something with a balcony so I booked the Ocean view. I was very happy with that but it was only a partial view so if you’d like a full blown view I think you need to book an ocean front. Overall, extremely happy with everything and I promise you Hilton & Fort Lauderdale, we will come back and see you soon!

This was our first time staying at Riptide. Our experience started off great with a gentleman working the desk named Oscar. He and other staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As we walked into our room, the first impression was the smell of cleanliness. It is an older hotel that has taken on some updates I could tell. The bathroom appeared to be newly tiled and was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the view cannot be beat. Overall a very good place to stay for a couple of nights stay.

Il desk era orribile, mi hanno fatto pagare due volte il debito quando ho dato la carta di credito. Ho chiesto molte volte che fosse solo per incidenti, perché ho già pagato per la stanza e hanno detto sì. Mi hanno fatto pagare di nuovo per la stanza. Quando ho controllato, gli ho dato la mia carta di credito e mi hanno pagato.

Ho avuto una grande esperienza in questo hotel! I lavoratori sono assolutamente le persone più dolci mai, nonna e rugby sono le persone più rispettose e gentili per me. Il servizio è così utile, veloce e ha cibo di qualità. Per tutta la mia esperienza è stata meravigliosa e mi consiglierei di venire qui al 100%.

This hotel is clean, the beds and pillows are very comfortable and the staff is extremely accommodating and very friendly. Although they say that renovations are being done that may be noisy, it is the quietest hotel I think I've ever stayed at. I travel to this area frequently and this is the only hotel I book. There are others in the area that are slightly less expensive but they are dirty, noisy and very annoying trying to book online and/or check in.

Il servizio non è eccezionale, pareti molto sottili, tutto ciò che veniva detto accanto si sentiva. Poiché gli animali domestici sono ammessi qui, il tappeto è sporco e devono essere aggiornati. I letti sono pessimi, siamo stati 2 notti, non sono riuscito a dormire bene. Non consiglio questo hotel se avete bisogno di riposare e trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno.

Ci piaceva molto che ci visitavamo di nuovo in aprile, ci fermeremo qui i nostri ospiti erano fantastici e l'atmosfera era molto bella

The good - nice hotel located in a good area within driving distances of shopping, restaurants (twin peaks had great food) and parks. Room was very comfortable, microwave, mini fridge, sitting area with 2 queen beds and a balcony Pool was relaxing and felt seclude. Ample parking and seemed to be a very safe area. We were able to checkin early(much appreciated)after getting off a cruise. The bad - there wasn’t a day that went by that someone was smoking pot, cigars and cigarettes on the balconies. The hotel staff was very lax in addressing the issues. Even suggested we move rooms instead. We did ask to speak to management but was told no one is available (we stayed 6 days) and find it strange a facility would not have a manager on staff the whole time. Overall we really liked the hotel and the area, hopefully they will enforce the policies in the future.
