Hotel Family-friendly a Cascais

Tutto su questo hotel era eccezionale. La stanza era meravigliosa, camera Deluxe con vista sul mare. Pulizia e molti trattamenti, torte e cioccolato extra al giorno e mini bar con bevande non alcoliche. Il pranzo di sera del ristorante era il cibo gourmet al suo meglio e il personale era molto a conoscenza dei vini. Il buffet è stato fantastico, molta scelta. L'hotel stesso era bellissimo, la posizione era grande, il parcheggio era facile. Le strutture spa erano davvero meravigliose. A questo hotel vorrei raccomandare, che hanno il giusto equilibrio di fornire lusso, mentre sono amici della famiglia.

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved every second of it. This hotel was like something out of a Bond film. Every room in the hotel is unique with its own character. We had a room with a sea view (which I highly recommend reserving). The rooms were all charming, large with comfortable beds and amazing views off the (mostly) private patios. The pool was super clean and a nice area to spend time with a drink from the bar. Breakfast every morning was bountiful with fresh pastries, fruits, eggs, juices and coffee. The views from around the restaurant and pool area are the best in Cascais. Walk out the door and you are steps away from the town and some great shops, restaurants and bars. The train stop is also steps away if you want an easy way into Lisbon. We cannot wait to return!

We loved everything about this hotel. It is situated in a very smart, quiet residential area but only a 15 minute walk to the town. We had a lovely spacious room with a kitchenette area and a balcony. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. The communal sitting room was gorgeous with very comfortable sofas and all very tastefully decorated. The gardens were extensive and very attractively laid out with two very nice swimming pools. The breakfast was delicious with as much variety as you could wish for and was kept freshly topped up. There was cake in the afternoon and tea/coffee from the machine all day - all free . The staff were friendly, charming and helpful. We were told to treat it as our home which we thought was lovely. It was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in - and we have stayed in quite a few!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 7 notti in questo hotel. La camera, al secondo piano, spaziosa e ben arredata, con un terrazzino godeva di una bella vista su oceano e faro. Era presente anche un angolo cottura che però non abbiamo utilizzato. Il bagno, di buone dimensioni, completo e ben fornito.di saponi e spugne Alcune pecche sono state: la cassaforte che seppur presente è necessario pagare un supplemento giornaliero per poterla utilizzare (cosa che non ci è mai capitato e non ti aspetti per un hotel da 4*); gli saciumani che sono stati tolti ma non rimpiazzati dopo il rifacimento; aver dovuto aspettare fino a dopo le 16 per avere la camera rifatta (dalla mattina presto lasciata libera con tanto di cartello) Godibile la piscina anche se po' caotica. La colazione eccellente e ben fornita sia per cibi salati che dolci e varia frutta. L'hotel dista circa 10/15 minuti di passeggiata dal paese. Personale gentile e disponibile.

The thing about ”boutique” hotels is they often have limited rooms with little consistancy between them. Often the hotel is a former mansion or castle that has been converted to create the accomodations. The rooms featured on the website often look amazing but many of the rooms are often former butler's pantries or attic rooms the crazy aunt lived in with alll her cats so you have to be careful when booking. This place has some of that. Had we ended up in a former little closet room in the corner, we would not have been happy here. Fortunately we had booked the designer room with a balcony facing the ocean (210) which was fantastic to enjoy the ocean views. We moved the long bench from in front of the bed onto the balcony during the day to use as a sun lounger. Room was smaller but had tall ceilings and nicely remodeled. Comfy bed and nice bathroom with shower with all kinds of water options plus toilets had heated bidet hose. It is important to know that the pool area is seasonal due to the close proximity to the ocean and doesnt open until mid-April. During much of year it is closed as the North Atlantic waves thrash over the pool area filling it with dirty sea water. The hotel should state this on their homepage to avoid guests feeling a bit misled. I attached some pictures showing the pool area we had without any lounges and water looking like a sewer discharge. The weather we had was sunny and hot yet couldn't use the pool so felt frustrated. I'm a daily lap swimmer so had been hoping to use the pool in the mornings for my swims. The view of the ocean with the crashing waves against the rocks made the stay very relaxing. Also it is a nice short walk to town with wonderful views along the way. Additionally it is a beautiful walk or run to the west along the rock cliffs by the ocean. Truly magical location. The hotel itself was lovely and ecclectic with fun art throughout. Hotel staff was very nice and the included a quality breakfast buffet was tasty and plentiful. We had to leave in the middle of the night for a very early flight out. The manager had take away lunches for us which was a nice touch. We booked the hotel in part because it was part of the AMEX Platinum Hotel collection which comes with some additional benefits if you have the card. We had been to Lisbon many times but so glad we discovered Cascais this time. Certainly will be back.

Il servizio ambientale dell'hotel è molto buono, molto tranquillo e molto bello.E'che sento che la posizione è un po' lontana, quindi ho cambiato un hotel.Ma dopo il cambiamento dell'hotel, invece, ho sentito che il servizio e la stanza di Sheila sono migliori.La prossima volta prenoterò l'hotel, che è un servizio migliore rispetto al prezzo

La fortezza si erge meravigliosa tra due belle spiagge proprio di fronte all’oceano e su uno sperone da cui lo spettacolo del tramonto è qualcosa di poetico. Le camere hanno un bel balconcino coperto che dà direttamente sull’Atlantico e sono dotate di ogni comfort. Del resto l’albergo è parte della catena Relais & Chateaux e ogni dettaglio e curato al meglio. Lo staff è veramente molto disponibile. C’è un ottimo ristorante stellato e un bar dove poter bere qualcosa facendo due chiacchiere in ambiente di un’altra epoca. Ha anche una magnifica terrazza esterna. La colazione è fantastica ed è servita in una sala con stupenda vista sul mare. L’albergo si trova auna decina di minuti dal centro di Cascais ed è davvero piacevole visitarlo tutto l’anno.

Attenzione a dove si ottiene una stanza ... abbiamo una stanza completamente infestata con fungo ... ha un odore davvero cattivo e le pareti sono state coperte con il fungo. Quando ci rivolgiamo a questo abbiamo una nuova camera più bella il giorno dopo ... il personale non sembrava sorpreso però della denuncia. L'hotel è generalmente vapore, odore, vecchia moda, non molto ben decorata e le foto non corrispondono veramente ai siti web ... le 5 stelle sono una battuta. E in nessun modo questo match fa un'esperienza di 5 stelle. Quando ci trasferissimo, ricevemmo un ridicolo sconto per la prima notte, e ci fu detto che potevamo avere la nuova stanza solo per un paio di giorni, e poi ottenerla con un balcone o una terrazza, e non ci fu offerta di nuovo nessun sconto. Abbiamo dovuto trasferirci in un altro hotel. In tutto ciò non avrei raccomandato questo hotel a tutti ... Ci sono molti vero 5 stelle nel quartiere. Fatevi un favore e optate su questo. Vorrei sottolineare che il personale della reception è bellissimo! Non è colpa loro. Mi dispiace che probabilmente debbano affrontare le denunce tutto il tempo.

Ho soggiornato con la famiglia in questa struttura. Ha bancomat, bar, mini market, pulitura e una serie di altri servizi interni, molto comodi. Le due piscine sono splendide così come il verde in cui è immersa tutta la struttura. Il servizio di pulizia giornaliero è molto buono. Il monolocale ampio e ben arredato. Il personale estremamente cortese è disponibile. Per andare al dentro è necessaria la macchina (5/10 minuti). La zona è molto bella, piena di ville e molto verde.
