The service apartment is not in good condition, the kitchen facilities was old and the cabinets were peeling. The shower tiles does not fit properly and pops out. However the pool at the W hotel is nice. The service apartment quality is not the same as the usual W hotel. Service was good but beware of the tour services the hotel concierge will help book. Not really worth the price for the quality and service: the hotel pick up service was rushed and driver did not on the air conditioning so everyone was uncomfortable. Better to take the premium didi than the hotel transfer.

This is the serviced accommodation side and not the main hotel although it is connected. Not bad for the price, however its not the same standards as other Ws around the world unfortunately, but the price reflects this.

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.  We had a great stay at W Service Apartment.

The room is in a modern decor, floor to floor glass windows with automatic black out curtains and sheers, although some switches were mixed up. Service is good. You can use pool and gym on the main side of the hotel. Service apartments are in a separate building side by side.

I had a terrible experience due to lack of cleanliness and poor customer service. I booked a two-night stay but wanted to cancel. Unfortunately, they refused to refund both nights, so I had to stay for one night but received a refund for the second.

The staff very helpful. The apartment also very clean n neat. Will stay again.

Had a bit of issue at the beginning, but the managers took corrective actions swiftly and made up for the mistakes. Overall experience was great and will definitely come back.
