It was a good but amenities are quite old like the tv and couch but great location!

Very old hotel, room big but in not too much good status. Sofa dirty, shower very "strange"

Upon arrival at Xingyi International Apartments, I was met with a fellow guest struggling with a malfunctioning air conditioner on a hot and humid day. The staff offered no assistance, raising immediate concerns about the property's management. Checking into my room, the air conditioning, despite being set to the lowest temperature, only managed to produce slightly cooler air than the already warm room. Additionally, the room had stained walls and a lingering cigarette smell despite my request for a non-smoking room. The final straw was the bed, which felt like a springless mattress or a half-deflated air bed. This issue, along with other reviewers' complaints, indicated a disregard for guest feedback. Within 30 minutes of arrival, I requested a checkout and received a partial refund through Trip.com. Thankfully, my booking was short, as the property enforces a strict no-refund policy. Given the poor quality of the accommodations and the lack of responsiveness from staff, I urge Trip.com to reconsider advertising this property. Not the best for the price , but if you looking for the location for canton Fair is the one , 2 step away to pezhou station and walking distance to canton fair building c, apartment studio room

The hotel was in a great location but the staff didn’t talk to much English so it was difficult to communicate.

It takes ages (hours) for water to heat up for a quick shower.

幫外國客人訂房的，客人要求比較多，房間有一些小細節不是很合意。不過他們店的客户經理服務很迅速，溝通之後給客人安排了房型升級，客人入住體驗良好，對酒店和我們的保障工作評價很高！前後兩間房整體都很乾凈、寬敞，設施相比其他酒店要更齊全些，地段離中山大學也方便！

設施：洗衣機用不了且生銹；熱水器要提前預熱（前台沒提醒），偏偏還就是淋浴間出不來熱水😰衣帽間都是鏡子對着床不是太好感覺😕電視機也壓根開不了...... 環境：空間還是不錯的，就是10幾年的裝修，感覺確實有點破舊，但也提前有預期，所以可以接受 服務：房間需要注意的東西都沒怎麼説，導致熱水器不知道要預熱，準備洗澡才發現等了好久🥲拿外賣要自己下去樓下外賣櫃拿不能送上門也沒人送上去，有點不太方便 交通：最最最大的優勢就是這個了😂展館步行距離，樓下全家和食肆還是挺方便的 整體而言 這個價位性價比還是可以吧

預訂時看到好幾家差不多的，選了這家稍貴點的星驛，果然沒讓我失望哈哈哈哈！房間很大，衞生乾淨，整個落地窗景色無敵了

這是我住過的酒店最差最爛的沒有之一，900的價格我感覺還不如200的旅店。三個人房間就給兩瓶水，去問前台要都不正眼看你，就一句話*就這樣*想喝自己買去。廚房臭的和下水道似的，整個屋裡麪下水道味道，給前台説了，人站在那裡説下班了。不説服務吧，説説那個衞生，沙發和床臟的發亮，我****的沒見過這麼臟的，還在廣交會附近，這種店簡直就是給廣州抹黑。攜程你要刪除我這個評論和你沒完！
