Da Check-in a Check-out, l'esperienza era senza saldatura. Fantastico personale di alloggio, grande, pratico e confortevole. I migliori vestiti da bagno di qualsiasi hotel ovunque sul pianeta. Non può essere consigliato abbastanza. Dopo aver soggiornato in molti altri hotel di alto livello a Hobart, non saremmo rimasti altrove quando torneremo. 11/10.

We stayed at Salamanca Docklands. There were negatives with this apartment such as no privacy in bathrooms with glass doors, and holes cut into the glass. In particular the ensuite had no bathroom door and the person lying in bed could see the person in the shower. We got around this by opening the cupboard inside the ensuite to provide some sort of privacy and the cupboard outside facing the bedroom to block off the shower. The dining chairs need to be replaced as the leather is torn and missing. The lounges are not comfortable at all. We had internet for 2 days of our 7 day stay only which was frustrating. However that is where the negatives end. The staff tried everything to get the internet functioning again but unfortunately it was out of their control. They kept me fully informed throughout the process. The beds were very comfortable, apartment atmosphere was amazing being in one of the old warehouses with beautiful brickwork, large windows and location was second to none. Literally walked out the door and was in the middle of the markets, restaurants, cafes, shops. I would definitely stay here again and fully recommend to anyone looking at accommodation in Hobart.

Maylands was a perfect place to stay in Hobart. Luxury guest house may best fit if I were to describe it given limited service. The room was lovely and modern, large new TV, high quality linens, and individual internet log-ons for each room - nice touch. Quite contemporary decor that fits in with the heritage building. The suite balcony was stunning as was the view. Luxury bathroom and amenities. Almost no closet space in the room. Plenty of free parking which does not happen in the CBD. Location is not bad - in NewTown, above North Hobart, but a quick walk to North Hobart and its hipster restaurants and cafe’s. 20 more minutes from there to walk downtown or Ubers are plentiful. Maylands no longer serves breakfast - not a big deal for us - too many good cafe’s in the area such as Room for a Pony but given the luxury marker of the hotel, it might should have a breakfast option. The hotel has a lovely honor bar and lounge, nice spot for the evenings. One thing missing in that lounge - wish the hotel would by a nice automatic coffee machine given not staff for a proper barista coffee. A long black in the morning would be appreciated without having to go out for it. Rooms as well don’t have anything but a kettle and the type of coffee one can make with such. At a minimum, put a Nespresso machine in the rooms, but a nice machine in the honor bar area seems more to the quality of the establishment. All in all, lovely stay. Take the deluxe suites upstairs in the original historical building. They are great.

La prima notte di arrivare a Hobart, si è soggiornato nell'Islington Hotel e nella suite del cortile.A due chilometri da CBD di Hobart.Si può vedere il panorama della montagna e un bel giardino.Quando arrivava, una giornata di banane di lama era un cuore di padrino. Quando il giardino è stato pulito, c'è un sacchetto grigio che salta nel giardino, una piccola sorpresa.Il pacchetto del ristorante del pranzo è molto buono. Puoi godere di un'esperienza di soggiorno di alta qualità in un hotel di alta qualità. Il servizio di gestione dell'hotel è molto intimo e può essere comodo per un giorno di giornata in hotel.

We booked the restaurant for a special dinner celebration in May. We were not hotel guests. When I called to book a table, the person who answered the phone was unsure as she had to speak to the chef and she was going to call me back. She did not call me back. So I called again the next day and got a confirmation of a table. When we went to the restaurant, it was so cold we had to keep our coats on the whole time. There was no one in the restaurant. The appetiser and dessert were excellent but the main was below par. After appetiser, the waitress who was the receptionist, just dropped 2 sets of cutlery for the next course on our table.I felt like we were at a cheap dining place. Service was poor. I’m sure the rooms are excellent.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato all'hotel Tasman per una notte, siamo molto soddisfatti dell'intera esperienza.Prima di tutto, il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono.Il personale Cindy è amichevole e felice di aiutare le persone. Ci hanno accolto con entusiasmo e ci hanno aiutato a gestire le procedure di soggiorno. Sono molto preoccupati per le nostre esigenze e offrono un servizio di parcheggio di alta qualità. La camera dell'hotel è molto spaziosa e pulita e pulita.Il letto è molto comodo. A great 5 night stay in the center of Hobart. It exceeded my expectations. Very comfortable clean rooms, good bedding and with good internet access. Importantly one of the few hotels in Hobart with its own parking. It is limited so you have to make reservations prior to your arrival , but then your place is guaranteed. The $20 charge is very reasonable and you can come and go as you please knowing that you will be able to park. The location is hard to beat an easy walk to restaurants , pubs, shops , constitution dock and the Salimanca markets. On top of this the staff were pretty special and made our stay very pleasant. I followed some of their recommendations and was not disappointed. Good coffee comes to mind from one helpful lady when I asked. A stay in the center of Hobart does not come cheap, but I found their price for a stay very acceptable in comparison to other hotels. A glowing report to say the least , but they surprised me with the quality of our stay and helped us very much enjoy Hobart. Thoroughly recommended. Would stay again in a shot when revisiting Hobart. Our previous stay in Hobart was 44 years ago for our honeymoon. Thanks Allurity Pete and Claire
