Super charming french colonial hotel in luang prabang overlooking nam khan river, breakfast is good ala carte style, some staff were friendly and accommodating very near alms giving ceremony, phousi hill is a 10 minute walk, room is spacious and mini bar refilled daily, would have been perfect had there been a pool

We spent two nights at the hotel. We picked the hotel because of a video we saw on Youtube. A motorbike traveler met the boss of the hotel during his trip in Laos and he was invited to stay in the hotel. So he took some shots in the hotel and we were amazed how beautiful it was! So we booked the hotel and had two wonderful nights there.

Questa è la mia seconda visita alla mia famiglia circa un mese fa. L'esperienza calda di quest'hotel è stata ricordata l'ultima volta e l'ho trovata di nuovo. Ci saranno molti ospiti che verranno e andranno all'hotel, ma mi è sembrato che tutti mi conoscessero e mi dicessero che era benvenuto. Grazie per l'ospitalità di Yong, Lith, Muhn, Mone e delle due donne hoteliere che hanno avuto il compito di questa sera. (Avrei dovuto chiedere tutti i nomi, ma mi dispiace non potevo.) E l'albergatore maschile che ha spiegato gentilmente il modo di diventare monaco a Takbat al mattino e il popolo lao in dettaglio. Grazie mille. Prima di tornare nel mio paese, penso di poter trovare di nuovo il Laos a causa dei caldi ricordi di Abani durante il mio ultimo viaggio.

The Kiridara was a beautiful hotel. The room we had overlooked the pool and the jungle, it was a lovely place to relax. The hotel also offers free shuttles in and out of the centre whenever you like. We were sad to only have 1 night to stay here, we wished we could come back for more ❤️

L'ambiente è buono, il terzo hotel di lusso classificato, l'atteggiamento di servizio è molto meglio di quello di Xiaobrabang.La consapevolezza del servizio è forte. Anche se si possono raggiungere due passi, organizzeranno anche l'automobile di viaggio.Il tipo di colazione autonoma non è molto, ha buon gusto. La reception può parlare inglese e cinese. Anche i dipendenti incomprensibili cinesi e inglese possono aiutarci con gesti oculari in tempo! L'hotel uscirà a sinistra per 10 minuti a piedi per il traghetto, e poi la barca passerà il mercato notturno del centro città dall'altra parte del lato (il ponte di Cambridge non c'era quando sono andato in 2018) l'hotel ha anche un autobus gratuito per il mercato notturno e l'aeroporto, e il trasporto di ritorno alla stazione ferroviaria alta è costretto a pagare. Raccomandiamo a tutti di andare a Guanxi, campeggio elefante, mercato notturno, grande palazzo di Guanxi, lao Brablan!

一家網紅酒店，慕名而來，住下來發現付的錢實則是300的住宿和300+的莊園門票。想住得舒服又不追求拍照的就不要來了。 衞生：房間黴味很重，比較潮濕。插座口都是老舊的。我們的大床房是兩個單人床拼起來，所以床很大，被套很大，被子卻不夠大，睡覺時一堆被套堆在身旁，腳也不太蓋的住。插座也是在床頭背後。真的不要太節省成本了，放個真正的大床會如何嗎？ 服務：尤其點評下服務。入住第二早我突發急性腸胃炎，站都站不直，腸胃絞痛+高燒，致電前台n次想問問有沒有葯，根本沒人接。忍痛走到前台諮詢，得到回覆：沒葯，但可以去葯店買。我問葯店遠嗎？她説：遠，可以坐10:00班車去。當時才9:00多，難受得根本無法思考，衹能回房間休息。下午和之前住過的朋友説起此事，她説前台是可以幫忙叫車的。可惜我並沒有感受到一點點同理心，也沒有被問需不需要叫車。 中午到了另一家酒店，人家立馬叫了車把我送去醫院了，還積極幫我們和司機溝通，這就是區別。 設施：早餐一般，地理位置偏僻，班車時間其實不怎麼合理，基本去到夜市地段再想回酒店就要2-3h之後了，中午吃個飯，還要被硬控在又熱又沒有什麼好呆的城區才能坐班車回酒店。 希望給想來的朋友一點參考吧。

Our stay had a lot of high points and a lot of low points. Starting with the high points, the grounds and room were incredible. Our experience at the spa was one of the best we’ve had. The cocktails and Laos-style burger we had for lunch one day were phenomenal. The staff were charming and very accommodating. However, there were a few aspects that were far below the experience expected of a 5 star hotel. First, cocktail service around the pool was abysmal. On almost every occasion we had to go searching for a staff member to take our order, and then the cocktails more often than not took more than half an hour to arrive. This is despite the fact that we seemed to be the only people ordering F&B at that time, i.e. they were not busy at all. Second, the breakfast was a disappointment every day - we were told we could order eggs or noodles, and had to repeatedly press the staff to find out what type of eggs and noodles, and we only discovered on the last day that there was a menu with additional options. We ordered poached eggs on toast, and the eggs had not been drained of excess liquid, and the bread was entirely soaked through. An order of waffles took over an hour to come out - first it was delivered as a pancakes, and then they just forgot about it despite repeated follow ups. The “local” Laos options lacked flavor - very little of the herbs and spice that makes Laos food great. I think this and the pool service issue are primarily the result of a lack of training and instruction for staff - they were clearly doing their best, but did not know what to do. Third, the pool area needs a lot more spent on maintenance. The decking is cracking and falling apart. The mosaic tiles in the pool are falling apart, A LOT of the tiles are missing, and I got a very large laceration on my forearm from the sharp edge of a tile sticking out. If this pool were in a western jurisdiction, it would not meet health and safety standards. Fourth, the gym was not worth visiting if you want to lift weights. Possibly the worst weights offering I’ve seen for a hotel of that price and with that much space. We want to reiterate how great and enthusiastic the staff were. I think this is primarily a management oversight, training, and maintenance capex issue.
