The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff could not do enough for everyone. They are so polite and helpful. I will definitely book this hotel again and I would recommend to anyone. It is very very nice and clean. 

Hello hotel location and hospitality very higy I stay 6 nigyt realy I like so much all staf crendly brekfast room have free snacks 4 to 5 e clock free masala tea and smill bite everyting perfect my next trib I want stay same hotel

If you want a clean, reasonably priced but somewhat basic Hyatt experience, then this is a great choice. Staff were great and helpful, and the food was good too.

Not satisfied with the hotel room, plus the hotel is very dirty even the elevators and lobby

相對提供簡單服務的國際品牌酒店 有一個融合菜的日料餐廳和一個酒吧，有客房送餐服務。附近環境和出行對於第一次到印度的朋友來説不太方便 有頂樓游泳池和健身房設施偏舊

My family and I had a fantastic stay, the rooms were clean and spacious, the property had numerous amenities. You also felt extremely safe. Special shoutout to Tanvi at the front desk and Ranuka in dinner service who were both friendly and extremelyhelpful. Most importantly the FOOD was fantastic. The breakfast buffet had everything you could want from authentic Indian food (idly, sambar) to perfectly made breakfast items such as eggs and pancakes. We will be sure to stay solely at this hotel when visiting Mumbai in the future. Thank you for a great start to our trip

Excellent hotel with well furnished modern rooms. We have stayed in the Juhu area for the past 15 years and this was by far the best hotel in terms of breakfast, location and general relaxed stay. Check in was very simple, and we were given a nice quiet room on a high floor as requested. The hotel has a rooftop pool which would have been great to use, but it was being refurbished during our stay, but i will wait till next time. In comparison to the Sea Princess, Ramada and Novotel, i felt the service and standard of breakfast was excellent. Whilst choice of food was similar, the beauty of this place was we never felt rushed and once we were allocated our table, we had the choice of taking items from the buffet but additionally there were options of food made to order and served directly to the table, hot and fresh. Another excellent plus point was that the hotel was providing complimentary drinks and snacks in the room, yes free, not chargeable. A fresh idea in these years where all hotels are cutting down on their offerings and standards. The beach is accessable from just across the road and road noise was minimal given the sound insulation in the room, in particular, we had a room at the back of the hotel. If i were to complain, this is purely a matter of personal preferance, i found the storage area decor to be too dark for my liking, as i have poor eyesight, and to have black cupboards in a dimly lit area was frustating. The room itself was excellent, it was just the doorway area leading into the room that i felt was too dark.

Perfect stay at Hyatt Centric Mumbai. Staff was great and very helpful, Rooms were nice and clean and Breakfast was awesome. Alia and Tanvi was very helpful and went extra mile to help my Son Ryan who was checking inn earlier then me since his flight arrive few hour earlier then mine. Will be back for sure.

Hyatt Centric Juhu is a perfect location for a vacation or family trip. The location of this hotel is very ideal, making it very convenient to access Juhu Beach and also travel for various land marks of Mumbai city. Also the hotel rooms are very good. More importantly the staff of Hyatt Centric are very welcoming. Right from the security guard, staff, reception, restaurant, everyone was very welcoming and helping with a pleasing personality. Enjoyed my stay.
