The location of the hotel was convenient, they had buggies to pick us up from the night market, and the facilities was clean and large. But on the other hand, there was no actual sign for the hotel name, and we got lost and unsure, there was also no security officers at night, which meant anyone could break in. It was overall a good hotel to stay in with comfort.

This villa is brand new, with everything clean and comfortable. I felt truly cared for by the manager, Ryan—he’s simply the best! He goes above and beyond, managing everything with genuine dedication and ensuring all his visitors have an amazing experience.

Hanna has provided very good services and support such as arranging buggy to take us around the nearby night market and beach as well as free airport drop off. She also gave us good suggestions of restaurant and spa. The resorts are new and there are different water activities nearby.

Complex is totally fresh and new, I have a feeling I was a first guest at villa where we were living. Stuff is friendly and polite. Highly recommend for family vacation.

地理方便，離機場10分鍾左右車程，去北部珍珠樂園約40分鍾車程，去南部日落小鎮約15分鍾車程。酒店新淨，與相片符合，服務很好，check in 後全程有專人 what's app 跟進需求。衛生不錯，每日都有人收拾房間，如有機會會再選擇入住👍🏻

管家lisa的服務完美 打掃的工作人員常常忘東忘西 毛巾一下少給 地墊忘記更換 照片很漂亮實際villa內裝真的會落差感 隔音很爛 早餐煮得也是耐人尋味 除了服務和地理位置好之外 游泳池普通 而且做工不好 容易刮腳 要小心 沙灘沒人清理 各種垃圾小心腳受傷

非常好的體驗，新三層高別墅，兩大房一細房，夠5~6人居住，出入有buggy car. 接送到鄰近地點，早餐buffet就在沙灘旁。 Great management, excellent communication, free airport transfer, a bottle of lemongrass flavor welcome drink was fantastic I highly recommend this hotel as its only 10mins from the airport and middle of the Phu Quoc Island, walking disrance to Sonasea area where you could find night market, restaurants and spas

如果續住他會跟你説有折扣，結果就是按照他們的官網價格打九折收你現金或者刷卡，當你發現比在網上預訂貴了幾百塊之後他就開始裝作不會中文，溝通的時候假裝聽不懂中文和英語，各種驢脣不對馬嘴。但是你租車訂餐秒懂，細節處理的很好，當你強勢的跟他解釋清楚了，表示我多續住的時候能不能多一點折扣的時候他就中文英語都很好了，會很乾脆拒絕，最後就是説給禮品或者晚餐卷。不要認為你挽回損失了，他會在離開前台兩個小時後通知你他們管理層沒同意，你的損失是你活該，他表示提成賺到了就是賺到了，退款不可能，禮品沒有，餐卷不給，然後表示抱歉（主要是會認為你是**，我知道的原因是我聽得懂越南話，她跟經理就是這麼溝通的，表面很客氣，然後就當你麪説你是**，多賺你錢天經地義，你就是**事多）

Сняли виллу и как оказалось тут 3 комнаты и 3 этажа , но мы приехали вдвоем , идеально подойдет для семьи или компании , мебель новая и все очень чисто

ソフトオープンでしたが素晴らしいヴィラでのんびり過ごせました。スタッフの皆さんも大変親切に対応してくださいました。プールもスーパーも歩いてすぐです。近くの夜市や朝ごはんの場所まではカートで連れていってくれます。 3階建てなのでスーツケースをはこぶのは少し大変でしたし3階の部屋がマスターベッドルームなのですが高齢の母は２階の部屋を選択していました。とはいえ三人それぞれに個室とシャワーがあるのは本当に快適でした。グラブもヴィラの前まで来てくれてリビングでゆったり待てるのも気にいりました。おすすめです。

這家是新開的Villa，幾乎沒有人入住，主要看中航班到的晚，酒店有機場接機服務，設施也比較新，誤打誤撞的卻獲得了很好的入住體驗，三卧室別墅設施很新，然後會有buggy接你到邊上的andochine吃早飯，早餐很好，雖然Villa這片沒啥人氣，泳池也沒人，但這也算包場一樣的安靜體驗了。後面還住了洲際和萬豪，家裡人卻都覺得這家Villa也很贊。

因為第一晚的感受特別好。我們決定第二晚也繼續住在這裏。沒想到，發生了很不愉快的事。 不想整理行李，要求原房續住，被酒店拒絕了。當時很費解，同樣的房型，為何不可以原房續住？方便客人的同時，酒店也可以節省打掃時間。於是我們人在前台一邊訂纜車票，一點和攜程溝通，客服告訴我預訂部同意我們不需要換房間，但前台一直不同意，説沒有收到預訂部的訊息。我們要求取消訂單，酒店也不同意。耗了一個多小時，最後整了行李，又把行李箱寄存到前台。中途在海上纜車玩的時候，收到攜程客服訊息，説酒店同意我們繼續住原來的房間。 事實，我們沒有住到原來的A14還是被更換到A32。二樓主卧沒有熱水，次卧噪音。我們以為是空調外機，外面看了一圈，啥也沒有，但噪音極大。5個人，訂了3卧別墅，就為了睡舒服點，最後一夜沒睡好。 給後期想要續住的朋友一些提示，續訂時先確認好是否可以原房續住，省不必要的麻煩，還影響旅遊的心情。同等價格，海邊有很多別墅，選擇性很大，而且別墅更大。
