Questo hotel è buono. C'è una stazione di autobus vicino. È molto conveniente andare a Grand Dumbo e andare al porto di Edensu.L'ambiente è buono, andare nella piccola città non lontano, dieci minuti. Ci sono molti hotel vicino. È possibile inviare l'hotel dall'aeroporto con un prezzo di 900 peso, e un conveniente.

Do 1 stella per pietà e per rispetto alle persone che lavoravano all’interno dell’hotel che si sono mostrate sempre gentili e collaborative. L’hotel ha la pretesa di essere un 5 stelle ma non lo è. La struttura esterna è fatiscente e sporca. All’interno la hall neanche male ma il vero problema sono le stanze. Pazienza l’arredo datato e sicuramente non da 5 stelle ma abbiamo trovato macchie sui muri, incrostazione di ruggine sul sifone della doccia, lenzuola e piumino pulito ma con macchie indefinite ed infine il climatizzatore obsoleto e che emetteva un rumore fastidioso. All’esterno c’è anche una piscina. Abbiamo cambiato 3 lettini prima di trovarne uno che non fosse mezzo rotto o con cacche di piccione. La piscina anch’essa obsoleta. Da evitare anche il ristorante. Purtroppo un’esperienza poco piacevole. Se vi vendete come 5 stelle dovete essere un 5 stelle. Consiglio di rivedere il tutto.

La pasamos muy bien los días que estuvimos en Iguazú, esta algo retirado del centro por eso es un zona tranquila para descansar. Muy amable la atención de su dueño y el personal. Es ideal para quien va en su vehículo, pero si no funcionan bien los servicios de taxis para trasladarse. El desayuno lo sirven en la cabaña. Todo muy lindo. Recomendable Algo cómico hay un cartel que dice ” No alimente a Román ” un perro muy cariñoso con los huéspedes.

We used this hotel as part of a visit to the Iguazo Falls. When you arrive the hotel looks nice but unfortunately it is only skin deep. The check in process for our group of 13 couples was unbelievably tedious and made so complicated by the hotel itself. Once we eventually got our room key the disappointment hit. The corridor carpet was absolutely disgusting with stains everywhere - not a good start! Once we entered the room it was like going back in time. The room was big and furnished in dark wood that looked like it was installed in 1970. The air conditioner was mounted on the wall and all the electrics were hanging out. Not sure that would pass a safety test. The bathroom was big but again it looked like a 1970’s install. The shower just had a nozzle that had no holes in it so the water just poured out in one lump. Overall it was one star at best. The restaurant was dire with no one understanding English which made everything quite difficult. We ordered dinner and waited and waited and waited. Eventually the food arrived which was lukewarm - my wife returned her burger and told them to not bother with a replacement as she had lost her appetite. Breakfast the next morning was also pretty dire with a weird selection of food. All in all this was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in! My advice would be to find somewhere else if going to the falls.
La Aldea de La Selva Lodge

As we drove to La Aldea lodge from the airport, I noticed a lot of typical hotels along the highway. They looked nice, but there was nothing really special about them. Then we turned down a country road with horses, on to a gravel drive surrounded by jungle. This hotel is different! Inside the lodge which had high ceilings and magnificent carvings and paintings, we were met by friendly staff. It took a while to check in but once we did - wow. We exited the rear of the lodge and were on raised paths surrounded by jungle! All the cabins are grouped off the paths into small lots of four or less, and have animal themes. There are helpful signs to the shared facilities like an all purpose room - great for families to get together, and the pool area which was massive. The drinks were amazing, delivered pool side, but the service was a little hit or miss. For example, sometimes drinks would take ten minutes or one hour! They also took almost four hours to deliver my room service one day, but I was sick and sleeping on and off so I didn't mind. They were SUPER apologetic though. The buffet breakfast was awesome, but the rest of the food was average. My friends had to send out for some medicine for me as I became quite ill with a cold that had run through our entire group. The hotel staff were really kind and helpful with getting me what I needed. I had my laundry done once which was great but you can only send small baskets, instead of large bags, and there are no DIY services for laundry. However, it all came back super clean and folded, and completely dry. The rooms were really comfy with excellent aircon, hot showers, and our own private balcony with hammock. This is the jungle, and we did have insects and more on our balcony, plus a giant leech and some insects inside as well. However, this didn't bother most of the people on our trip and was not an issue at all. If you are really anti-bug, probably don't stay in the jungle! Overall though, the atmosphere of this place cannot be beat. To be surrounded by jungle, to see wildlife all around you and hear it, even down to the little 'lodge cats' that meander here and there - let's call it the vibe. The vibe was epic. I would give five stars if the facility get a little more streamlined with their processes and the food improves, but would I stay here again? In a heartbeat.

No wonder that the hotel was twice elected best hotel in Argentina. The location is of course unbeatable. But the service is also amazing. From the huge pool there is a wonderful view on the falls. Different restaurants/bars including a roof top bar. Big advantage is, that hotel guests can be at the falls before the masses arrive, Only thing to criticize is the fact that in the evenings the smoke from the BBQ makes it really unpleasant to sit outside.
