Hotel che accettano animali domestici a Raleigh

La mia figlia di sei anni e io sono venuta a Raleigh per un viaggio d’affari per ragazze durante la notte mentre suo fratello era a letto lontano dal campo, una proprietà che è stata raccomandata da un collega che frequenta la visita. Non posso dire abbastanza, buone cose su quanto sia conveniente per i vari luoghi che abbiamo cercato di andare. Essendo fan di Wolfpack, la nostra vista della Torre Bell non è stata delusa! Inoltre, la nostra esperienza è stata fatta dal servizio del front desk, Dwight. Non poteva essere più amichevole e accogliente, soprattutto a mia figlia; chiese il suo nome e la usava ogni volta che la vedeva in proprietà; la fece la notte quando tornammo dal negozio e la chiamava. Egli andò davvero sopra e oltre per farla sentire comoda. Era come Eloise al Plaza!

Non era un posto cattivo per stare, anche se mangiamo solo tre volte per colazione, 1 l'ultimo giorno che era gratuito a causa della cancellazione del volo così hanno dato mia figlia e io colazione gratuita, ma gli altri due sono stati 1 comp'd che un amico ha ricevuto per tre persone in cui l'altro è stato pagato da un amico. Inutile dire, ho pagato $45 per un giorno di colazione che probabilmente è stato perché la cameriera ci ha fatto mettere la nostra stanza #, anche se ha detto che aveva capito che i nostri pasti erano comp'd. Purtroppo anche dopo aver chiamato l'hotel, Parlando con una persona che mi ha mandato al direttore finanziario con cui ho lasciato un messaggio, ma non ha ancora richiamato in quasi una settimana.

Sì, sono sicuri 😁.an tutto il personale sta facendo un lavoro meraviglioso come la signorina Robbin Adria Julian Signora belle Signora Marion Signora Sonia sono stati tutti buoni per tutti i clienti qui tutto il giorno ospiti di casa. Le camere sono ancora 100% pulite tutto quello che devi andare a prendere per te potrebbe voler un po' ma sarà proprio li' il giorno finale sono buoni amici per lavorare come una buona compagnia tutto Posso dire su di loro sono 100% puri amici persone che sono Sai come gestire le imprese e prendono sul serio il loro lavoro... sono stato qui quasi un anno e non mi lamento mai di niente cuz... Non devo cuz... la prima volta che sono stato qui... tutto è stato corretto. Quindi questo è tutto quello che devo dire su di questo. Avete tutti un bel giorno.

FAIR WARNING This was the worst experience I've had in a hotel motel or nay kind of Inn. stayed at Red Roof for Dreamville in early April and this was the only ”affordable place.” As I look at the current prices per day I see that due to the event, prices were gouged by a large margin. That's not the surprise. This place was infested with roaches and ants. There was rust and peeling paint in numerous locations in the room and sounds coming from the lights. There were serious smells coming from the room like mildew or old over used furniture. The photos in the advertisement are FALSE and give the appearance of something better than it is. I have photos and videos in which i will post if this issue is not resolved. The staff was not present the whole weekend until Monday morning when I checked out and had to fly back home. As someone who has worked in hospitality and hotels for 15 years a full refund should have been offered but instead a very low and unacceptable one was offered. When I refused all communication from their end stopped and I was forced to battle this with my bank. Please advise this company breaks its own policy and does not rectify the situations being made aware by the guest, paying to stay there. Please do not stay here people. Era la nostra prima volta in questo hotel. Eravamo molto felici di controllare, il cameriere del front desk, Terence Jones era amichevole e molto utile con suggerimenti per cena e luoghi di visita. L'hotel era molto pulito, il personale pulisce sempre il lobby e la zona di colazione era molto pulita e ben stoccata. Il colazione era davvero buono, le opzioni sono un po' sopra un colazione continentale. La camera era spaziosa, pulita, il letto era super comodo, che è molto importante per noi. Grande pressione della doccia e temperatura dell'acqua. Lo consiglio certamente. Era soddisfacente.

We stayed June 2023 to visit family in Cary and prepare to fly back home to Costa Rica. Check in was easy, staff friendly and our first room was an accessible room. Maybe the last of two queens available? For whatever reason, it wasn’t intentional on my part. Getting to and from the hotel is easy and stress free, really great food and shopping options within walking distance (8-10 min walk). The shuttle driver took me to pick up a rental car - super nice guy from Wilmington and I enjoyed our chat. Reason for car? Our flight was cancelled two days in a row and the wonderful Alexia rebooked us back into a studio for another night. It was a huge relief and a welcome respite for my very sleepy kids who had woken up at 3:00am for an early flight that didn’t happen. We are grateful for Alexia and all the staff at this hotel. I used the fitness center everyday and breakfast was easy for the kids. Great home base. Thanks, Hampton Inn and Suites Briar Creek!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The manager came to my rescue, and ran off a person who was not a guest, but was trying to make me get him a job with my company. They also allowed me to store my travel chest after check out, while at my last day of the convention. Since I had temperature sensitive items in the chest. But the hotel was not good. First thing, we paid extra for early check in. Only to get a room with a huge hole in the wall next to the door. The manager was aware of it, but nothing was done. So we paid extra for a defective room. The bathroom was kinda gross. Built up grime and mold on the walls and floors. The Roaches we saw running around, was an issue.

First time staying at the aloft. Overall good experience. Staff friendly, Room clean. Great location near a lot of shopping and restaurants. Only negatives: no free breakfast. Nowhere to place my own body wash at - no shelving in the actual shower. Bath towels are small. Lighting in bedroom area very dim. Hard to open refrig and it was sitting on a platform that moves alot.
