Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a San Fernando

I love the place, very accessible it's just 5 hrs away from Cavite. The guards, receptionist and cleaners are all nice and friendly. I love the pool beach access to the pool, it was clean and big and you can just chill there all day. I also love that they put random chairs at the beach where you can sit and just watch the beautiful sunset of La Union. Check in time is also reasonable they allowed us to check in at 1:30 since the room is already available. They also have a complimentary birthday arrangement if you note that it's your birthday during reservation. I love their couple massage room, quite and clean and the therapist are also good. Overall my stay was so good except when I dine at their Coast restaurant, I don't expect some royal treatment but a polite staff would be nice. When we arrive to eat lunch the waiters take forever to bring you the menu, they won't help or point you where to seat they would not greet you or anything when you come in, this was a very unusual experience for a 5 star hotel, but even though their servers are not professional the sisig and grilled squid taste good so I gave them a chance and dine in again and was thinking maybe they have a better service during the evening but my gosh it was far even more worse, there are so many flies at our table and we have to consistently ask for assistance again which takes forever, they would not even make an effort to find a better table for you and I end up moving to another table by bringing my own plate w/ zero assistance and the servers are just staring, so my last straw was when there are still flies everywhere I just asked if we can just have the food packed and politely ask to pls include the fish and chip sauce I still have but being the consistent awful servers at Coast restaurant of course when we arrive at the room there is no sauce so I was not able to eat my left over fish and chips, although the pansit and fish and chips taste good it would not suffice my irritation with the service and again it was not even crowded there are only few tables with people seating so I cannot just imagine if madaming tao sa restaurant I am usually more understanding kapag mas busy but having 2-3 tables occupied with this amount incompetent staff was just wow, since I learned my lesson the hard way we dined at salt and sea the next day and they are far more better than the servers at coast, the food was also good at Salt and Sea so yeah when I comeback I will definitely skip Coast. Complimentary breakfast is also at Coast, there are typical Filipino breakfast selection which is ok to fill your tummy but just be prepared to wait if you want sausages, lol. There was a waiter who got 10 sausages in a row to bring wherever and it was just only refilled with 20 sausages that time so there are only 3 people on the line who were able to get the another 10, typical coast service. Most waiters here would not even smile or greet you, it's like you are invisible, even a cheap carinderia wou

The service and facilities fell far short of justifying the high price. This resort is in urgent need of renovation; everything was poorly maintained. The pool was dirty, and there was no lifeguard on duty. The swimable beach areas were also very small and rocky. Furthermore, there was an incident where our door was left unlocked. Instead of offering an apology, the Guest Relations officer, Kath Adona, insisted on an investigation, which only seemed to invalidate our experience. Having visited several places around the Philippines, I must say this resort is subpar compared to those in Visayas and Mindanao. Avoid this resort at all costs!

Il posto è molto pulito e a casa. Il colazione piatto è servito buon gusti e ha servito abbastanza. Il personale è molto utile e lavora con integrità, soprattutto quando ho lasciato l'anello nella stanza durante il check-out. Nessun frigo, TV, asciugacapelli.Ma ci sono caldaie elettriche, mutandine, occhiali, asciugamani e toletta forniti. Sono anche forti connessioni con WIFI. Questo non è un hotel tipico dove si può aspettare che qualcuno vi aiuti in qualsiasi momento. Quindi gestisci le vostre aspettative, soprattutto quando tornate tardi dall'esterno, perché si deve usare la campana della porta per il curatore aprire la porta principale per voi. Non è una questione per noi, perché il curatore è sufficientemente attento per aiutare. C'è un parcheggio limitato all'interno della cortile, ma credo ci sia spazio disponibile vicino al noleggio. L'unica migliore richiesta sarebbe l'installazione di tende più spesso per una migliore privacy e un'esperienza più rilassata, poiché può bloccare l'illuminazione e il rumore dall'esterno. Pwede na rin pagtisan. Not advisable sa mga marte. Wala silang elevatore. Kaya di advisable ang maraming dala. Not stricto sa mga bisita basta magpaalam tulad namin na dumayo para mag body piercing. Mahina ang aircon, malilite kasi. Di bagay sa size ng room. Pero malamig naman ang La Union kaya keri na rin.

The room is good, smell nice and spacious.the bed is comfy.no view but you can book rooms with window view. The shower and bathroom is spacious. But you need to wash your bum with dipper because the bidet spray is connected to the shower but all in its nice to stay here in travelite express la union.😁 the staffs are friendy.When your using the elevator going up the staff need beep a card to use the elevator but going down no need. 🫠
