L'hotel si trova in quella parte della baia di Sanya che è un buon posto per rilassarsi sulla spiaggia poco affollata. Le camere sono spaziose con buoni comfort. La colazione è buona, essendo uno straniero la caratteristica più attraente per me è una macchina per il caffè con diverse opzioni. Per le famiglie con bambini offrono anche diverse attività. Consiglierei questo hotel a coloro che vogliono avere un posto economico dove soggiornare, vicino all'aeroporto e con un buon servizio. C'è anche una clinica TCM sul territorio dell'hotel, dove è possibile ottenere massaggi o sedute di agopuntura.

L'hotel è carino e meraviglioso. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, ma sarebbe bello se ci fosse qualcuno che parla inglese. Conosco un po' di cinese, quindi per me non è stato un problema, ma per altri turisti può essere difficile ottenere aiuto. La stanza in cui ho soggiornato era piccola, ma perfetta per chi viaggia da solo. La pulivano ogni giorno e cambiavano gli articoli da toeletta. C'è stato solo un problema, ho notato degli scarafaggi. Le piscine erano pulite e belle, e puoi prestare gratuitamente degli asciugamani. La spiaggia è molto vicina, circa 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel.

I really liked that this hotel is close to the beach and you can walk to the beach in 2-3 minutes. The hotel staff did not know English at all and we communicated with google translate. The pool is nice and the breakfast is good. For the location, it was a quiet area and a bit far from tourist attractions.

The hotel is ideal for budget travelers! The pictures are a true reflection of the place, which is fantastic. The hygiene is good, which is very important. The staff is accommodating, although I did encounter a single unpleasant situation. I asked if I could upgrade my room and how much it would cost me. The man, who could speak English, answered, “Very expensive,” without telling me the actual price. I asked again, and he said, “It’s 1500 per night”. I couldn’t believe that and looked at the exact cost of booking a new room. It was 1000. I came back and asked him again, saying that it could not be that an upgrade was more expensive than booking a new room. He changed his answer, saying, “It’s 700”. I asked him to tell me the exact number, but he just used some numbers from his head. I was very disappointed that he treats guests like that.

Only what make me sad that hotel not have money exchange,it is very hard for turist.because when o stayed it was chines holiday and banks not work this days,I stayed without money because not in all places you can pay via bank card.

This is a great place to relax. Of the indisputable advantages: close proximity to the airport, quiet cozy atmosphere, pleasant interior, qualified and caring staff. Gorgeous beach and ocean. Very nice views and atmosphere. There are entertainment facilities within 5 km. The environment inside the hotel is very friendly and relaxing. The hotel manager fulfilled all our requests, helped us a lot. We especially want to thank the staff for their help and care and patience during the quarantine. And want to mention Mrs. Vanna hotel manager, that carried every single our question 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻The hotel went above and beyond to make guests feel their best. This is the hard work of all the hotel staff. We are very happy that we chose this hotel. We will definitely come back here. We wish well-being to all employees and thank you for everything.
