New hotel in central location with very friendly staff. Great swimming pool and good breakfast buffet. To be recommended ä.

Excellent hotel. Latest hotel opened in town with beautiful Khmer carvings and decoration style. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful like you would see for five star hotel. Pool is very nice with towels placed on lounge chair and changed regularly. They have a good breakfast included with the room as I don't remember choosing the option when booking. Very good location, one block away from pub street and closed to the national museum or the night food market. The hotel is in a quiet location.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The people from the reception were very attentive and supportive and helped us to book a tuk tuk for a day tour in Angkor wat. They gave us welcome drinks too. Overall was a 5 but I was a little bit frustrated because I wanted to use the gym but the gym was open from 7 am to 7 pm. That made it imposible for me to use it after a long day tour or before a tour because we arrived to late or we had to leave early. In every hotel we stayed the gym is open until 10 pm, so that people can use it after dinner but they close it at 7 pm…. I hope they can extend the opening hours. The breakfast was great ok.

Hotel ,top Lage sehr freundlich und hilfsbereiten manager top pool deck ,mit geilem Wasserfall auf dem Dach, und coole bar . Frühstück könnte besser sein ,ein grosser Nachteil im hotel ist das der großteils der Zimmer in einen 5 metr breiten Gang staren und in das gegegenüberlegende Zimmer schauen können . Kein richtiges Tageslicht. Müßte eigentlich im Internet beschrieben werden

What a great hotel. Great location and 1 block from Pub Street. Spacious rooms with all the amenities, safe, mini fridge, coffee maker, good wifi, comfortable beds and a good breakfast. A couple of top floor swimming pools, a gym and I think massages available also. Super helpful staff. It was a super value for your money. Very clean also.

Chhut at the bar is really helpful and friendly. He made a really mean long island iced tea. Fresh spring roll is the best in town. We enjoy the atmosphere so much. All the staff members are really helpful and friendly. Also sunset view. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Koulen for three nights At the end of each diver had a relaxing drink at the 5th floor lounge Each night Chutt would make sure our drinks were served to taste and made sure we were enjoying ourselves Very pleased with service All the staff were attentive but Chutt went made conversation and recommended trips Very helpful
