Close to everything. Very clean. Have supermarket and shopping mall attached. Good service. Nice breakfast.

It was good!!

I really dont understand their AC and ventilation system. With the AC it is too noisy to rest but without it the room has no air to breath. Also the sheets are too hard and the air is dry. Not comfy.

No concierge service , the restaurant service for breakfast is poor hygiene and no server is willing to clean the table, the floor is dirty!

I would like to say that It’s a great hotel as always

It’s in a good location and overall it meets my expectations of what a 5 star hotel should be. Room is big enough and has a good view. Finally, loads of options for breakfast. Definitely, it’s the hotel I would stay in whenever I plan to visit Mongolia again.

久しぶりだったけどよかった、安心できた

各項都很優秀，沒任何毛病。房間提出的小問題也馬上解決。價格相比市裡其他酒店貴不少，但物以稀為貴吧。確實是市區酒店獨一檔。就是早餐質量尚可加強。

房間不錯 確實很好 蒙古第一 名不虛傳 下次還來 周圍方便 都是超市 還有商場 比較不錯 景色哇塞 下次還來 喜歡這裏 真的不錯

設施應該是目前當地最好的，房間及衞生很好，早餐很豐富。但服務意識及效率要進一步提高，我們當天到酒店前台已經下午四點多了，但房間衞生還沒做好，我們幾位一直等到六點半左右才拿到房卡。在等待期間前台也沒有安排接待服務。另外早餐服務人員也不夠熱情，服務態度一般。
