Wuxi: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

I servizi erano eccellenti. Ho avuto la mia consegna Taobao tutti consegnati all'hotel. Anche prima di ordinare e postare l'hotel per l'indirizzo in cinese e controllare come posso consegnare i prodotti, il personale ha risposto al messaggio molto rapidamente. Quando ho controllato l'hotel, hanno offerto di consegnare i pacchetti alla mia stanza.

The hotel is rated as a five-star hotel, but the interior is very old-fashioned and mediocre. The TV is equipment from 15 years ago, and the foreign signal cuts out every five minutes. Although we brought children and the hotel description mentioned child-related amenities, there were no children's bathrobes or slippers. After calling, we were given adult versions instead. The mattress was okay, but the water flow in the bathroom was almost non-existent, and the ceiling shower was basically unusable. When checking in, they directly informed us that there would be no hot water starting from 8 AM the next day, with no apologies, just saying that if you need hot water, don't use it after 8 AM the next day. This is the quality of their five-star rating.

Siamo stati benissimo in questo hotel. Le nostre camere erano incredibili, spaziose e confortevoli. I letti erano perfetti come sempre preoccuparsi di un letto duro. La qualità degli arredi è di alta qualità nelle camere con molte opzioni di illuminazione, tende remote ecc. E bagno con piedi e tv per rilassarsi nella vasca. La tv ha film in inglese, cosa rara in base alle nostre esperienze di hotel in Cina. C'è anche un cinema con opzioni di film pre-scaricate che puoi guardare con sottotitoli in inglese e sedie da cinema. Ci sono due grandi piscine, una interna che è davvero bella con luci scure e acqua molto blu e una esterna in cui i miei bambini sono stati abbastanza coraggiosi da nuotare con una vista sul lago. Le sorgenti termali erano calde e rilassanti con bagni di tè, latte e zolfo. Siamo al ristorante per cena e abbiamo una buona cucina locale e colazione al mattino con opzioni occidentali. L'ospitalità del personale è ciò che contraddistingue questa esperienza in hotel poiché il personale ha fatto di tutto per assicurarsi che fossimo felici. Turbo è stato fantastico e parlava un buon inglese, quindi ha potuto aiutarci con il check-in e altre richieste durante il soggiorno. Grazie mille Turbo e i tuoi colleghi per un soggiorno meraviglioso. Ritorneremo sicuramente. Un gioiello a Wuxi!

We received a complimentary upgrade, as we had not yet received our purchased tickets to Nianhua Wan due to not having the China identity (as informed by trip agent & hotel). The breakfast provided was satisfying, offering a good start to our day. Despite the hotel's older appearance, it is well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and appreciated the hotel's efforts to accommodate us.

I had a great stay here. Excellent bed, bath tub, swimming pool etc. The hotel is a little old and is tough to spot at first but I loved it here. It was nice and quiet, easy check in etc. Tons of things around, I recommend the ”#65 coffee shop” up the street. The pool was good. The changing room in the pool was a bit old but it didn't affect me. Nice gym. Staff were all very pleasant, easy to get deliveries etc. Would definitely stay again. Excellent for the price especially.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un altro Intercontinentale in Cina, ma il Wuxi è stato sorprendente che io viaggia per affari in Cina e che rimanere in un buon hotel è importante avere un buon riposo dopo un giorno lavorativo duro. Il nostro custode, Ali Dai, ha fatto un lavoro straordinario e ha fatto giorni puri piacevoli.

L'hotel ha una posizione comoda e buoni servizi. Se non è un problema del bagno, lo consiglio vivamente! ! Ma c'è un grosso problema con il bagno, cioè è trasparente! Puoi guardare la foto del bagno del negozio. Ci sono delle persiane sul vetro su entrambi i lati dello specchio che possono essere abbassate, ma anche le persiane sono trasparenti! (Non è un tipo comune, è un pezzo piatto di stoffa di plastica con rete). La tenda della doccia può essere tirata solo a metà, l'altra metà è di vetro! A meno che le persone che vivono insieme non girino la testa, lo vedono chiaramente, anche quando vanno in bagno! Ho chiamato la reception e ho chiesto, e mi hanno detto che tutte le camere sono così. Hanno già segnalato alla reception che ”problemi di privacy del bagno” dovrebbero essere scritti sulla home page del negozio. Il check-in deve essere considerato a vostra discrezione. Ero troppo stanco per il viaggio quindi non ho scattato nessuna foto.

This is the 4th time we stay in this hotel, will choose to stay there again when we need to visit Wuxi again. Needless to say to say, it’s located just right at the high speed rail and metro, and many food options in the station. The new and big shopping mall right beside should be ready by now, but we did not go to the mall, so we are not exactly sure. Our colleague said that there’s also a f&b street with drinking pubs just 5 minutes walk away. But do ask for directions if you are interested. This time, the hotel was really nice to upgrade us to the suite rooms, despite us only booking the standard rooms. The room has very big and nice bathroom, wardrobe, with separate bedroom and living room space. Definitely highly recommended.

L'hotel Roucase Boutique offre un grande valore per i soldi! È possibile ottenere un ambiente 5-star, una piscina fantastica, un personale curativo e ospite e una spaziosa camera confortevole per il prezzo che è il doppio di altre opzioni 5-star hotel in Cina. Abbiamo davvero goduto di rimanere in questo hotel per due giorni. Una buona caffè e succhi freschi al colazione erano un grande plus! Eravamo molto grati al personale dell'hotel per averci aiutato con tutte le nostre richieste e saremo felici di tornare!
