How important is safety in your private jet operation? Its the top priority, right? But, without an objective, data-driven understanding of how your aircraft is actually flown, your safety management system might be incomplete. FOQA (Flight Operations Quality Assurance) or FDM (Flight Data Monitoring) is an essential step in the safety feedback loop. It is the process of capturing and analysing Flight Data Recorder data to identify potential risks and proactively prevent accidents. This could be through updates to standard operating procedures, crew training or maintenance tasks.
